Sex Not Too Mature For SJayPeePee's Seven Year Old!

| Filed under: Sarah Jessica ParkerSex & The City

This should give you an idea of how sinful the latest Sex & The City movie is going to be:

Sarah Jessica Parker is bringing her seven-year-old son to see it!

Really? Rated R yet still suitable for a 7-year-old? Do we smell a flop???

Possibly, but Sarah Jessica explains that while she plans to take little James Wilkie to see her new movie, she has also intends to make excuses for him to leave during two very "saucy" scenes. She explains:

"If I can manage to take him out for popcorn for two certain moments, I think he's ready for it (the film). He has too many questions, and he's too clever for us to keep it from him…I wouldn't say this movie is for seven year olds, but we'll find a way of figuring it out."

And yet, you are taking yours to see it!

The cool factor for this film just took a major hit!

If you even remotely desire to take your child to see a crap movie like this you've already failed as a parent. Might as well let them stay to see the horsey sex scenes.

*shrugs* - I've been watching freddy kruger since i was about 7 and dirty dancing before I knew what "knocked up" meant……..don't really see the problem……..

Not to be bitchy (but I will be), does anyone else find these women, strutting around and acting like they're sexy twenty-somethings, a bit pathetic and unrealistic? They're one teeny step away from resembling The Golden Girls. No amount of designer gear and air brushed movie posters can alter that fact.

sjp is delusional but i guess it's the norm with these hollywood people.

I've been exposed to hollywood since I was younger than that. It doesn't really bother me.

IgossipthereforeIam: No, I think women feel more sexy and confident with age. We live in a day and age now where people are dying younger and younger from cancer, fast food is aging us and we think its normal for us to get sick and die by eighty. Its not supposed to be like this we need to turn to organic whole foods and more raw vegan foods. Women used to make babies way over 100yo for all those familiar with the bible, now we scorn and ridicule Kelly Preston for getting pregnant at 47. People make fun of Woody Harrelson and call him a stoner, but he's a raw food activist who uses hemp products. Look at Demi Moore, Angela Bassett, both into raw foods as well. Hell, even a character from the Simpsons was going around picking wild greens like dandelions to make a salad. Open up your eyes people.

Re: IgossipthereforeIam – Um thank you. I couldn't even stand to watch the show let alone see the movies. Why do i care about some made up,middle aged(cuz kim catrall is like 54)characters and there sex lives. The whole ideal of this show was look how stylish i can be while sluttin it up. And as far as her taking her son to this movie, i know Jessica can afford a babysitter, come on!

how cool a movie is has no relation to how much cursing/sex/violence is in it. Good writing is all that matters.

considering most kids are having sex by age 11-12-13 now…. ha ha ha

What's the problem - as long as parents do things like this WITH their children and ask their questions proper for me it's ok - gee - it's not like is is watching a splatter movie with him.

y in the fuckin world would she take a 7 year old boy to see that movie?!
not unless of course 7 year old little boys like sex and the city?! WTF.

Its different when your parent is acting, they can explain the difference b/t reality and acting, and that its not real. Still somewhat inappropriate though.
