Well…lots of times women fake it not because they are unsatisfied but because they aren't in the mood…especially if she has been married 10 years and up all night with a crying baby and feels bad at rebuffing her nice husband once again, and that nice husband doesn't want to stop unless she gets off and can keep going forever when there is laundry and dishes…just saying, sorry guys, but women do fake it sometimes and it doesn't mean you are bad or it isn't working or you "need to to improve", it just means that sex drive ebbs and flows and if a woman is in an ebb she doesn't want to always have to rebuff her sweetie–so she will sometimes fake it. Have you ever heard the expression "Fake it until you make it"? Nothing needs to be changed…sometimes people just have different sex drives at differing points in a relationship!

her book probably discusses faking the emotion, not just an orgasm. like when girls tell themselves they're in love with someone who they really aren't, just because they WANT to be. you can fool yourself to believe anything. and i would argue that most people do. i know i've told myself that i feel things before that i don't really feel just because i desire it so badly. anyway, REGARDLESS, but in my experience talking to my girlie friends, MOST of them fake orgasms anyway. it doesn't make them stupid. maybe they should change their ways, maybe they should be open so their partner can actually please them, but it's my understanding that most women just don't care about sexual satisfaction!
