Maybe It Was The Smoke Monster!

It was a rough night last night for Lost fans, but no one had it worse than fans in Cleveland, OH.

Thousands of Cleveland viewers were unable to even watch the series finale of their beloved show as the feed was "pixelated, jumpy, choppy."

And people were not happy about it! They started such a riot, Losties ended up being the top story of the local news in Cleveland.

Take a look at the report! (above)

For those of you wondering, the episode will re-air at the end of the week for those who were unable to watch it last night.

    Go to Hulu Cave People!

Someone will sue. Like Quemical said, "Go to Hulu Cave People! "

It sure looks like they feel horrible about messing up one of the biggest finales in years. During the commercials they messed up down here in San Diego. And we got some Audio of what was going to happen 10 mins ahead. But it quickly got fixed. I prefer Hulu over the ABC website because the commercials are shorter and after returning from commercials, the video always comes out of full screen on the ABC player. Since connect my PC to my Computer, i always got to get up and click the full screen button after every commercial break

I'll have to forget to watch it again

as a Clevelander- you think we get mad at our sports teams and athletes? mess with our shows and we will show you anger!

  7. 7

Saturday is May 29th and Friday is May 28th… so which day are they playing it? They are messing up all over.

From the NY Times: Fans of “Lost” clearly came together — much like its cast of players — for one last dive into the pool of sci-fi and spirituality on Sunday night, lifting ABC to its best non-Oscars Sunday night in two and a half years and posting what are likely to be the best finale numbers for any scripted show this television season.

What's the point of re-airing? If they're hardcore enough fans to riot, they would have found a way to watch it BEFORE the next weekend.

Maybe Clevelanders wouldn't be so pissed if they hadn't waited til the next day to apologize! I watched the 11:30 news, only mention was that the episode would re-air on Saturday. Cleveland has no jobs, is losing LeBron, and now can't even have lost?

WEWS-TV's over the air signal messed up

  14. 14

Oy….someone is kissing the viewers asses during sweeps. Gotta make that money honey!

  15. 15

Blah…you lost fans are lame. That show was a waste of ppls time and energy. And there are more important issues to report on the news other than some dorks getting mad about not seeing lost.

  16. 16

i live in cleveland and it was terrible, WEWS completely ruined one of the most anticipated finales ever

  17. 17

    Stay classy, Cleveland!

Looks like the advertisers who paid HUGE for spots are about to take the station to the cleaners. But, hey, you know, it's really all about the "viewers."

Glad I moved away from Cleveland cause "Lost" meant so much to me I would have hated it being all messed up like that. So fun to see WEWS again tho, it's been 10 years for me.
