He's not getting those kids without a fight!

Having turned up in Los Angeles and claiming he was allowed to leave Mexico - despite his "person of interest" status in the possible murder of his wife - Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman is attempting to regain the custody of his children!

However, the sister of Monica Burgos-Beresford, Carla Ferreira-Burgos, is not convinced he's innocent and is ready to fight him for custody!

She says:

"I don't think someone suspected of killing their mother should be in charge of the kids."

Agreed! This whole situation is just too shady!

Those poor children!

i wouldn't listen to mexican authorities either……..not justifying his actions but no way in hell I'd stay in mexico awaiting anything……seen their jails lately? yeah, think I'd take my chances and go back to the states where I have rights……..

Watch the documentary film Dear Zachary. Anyone who kills the p[arent of their children should not be allowed custody…ya,OK, innocent until proven guilty…but anyone accused of killing his/her children's other parent should have court supervised visits and no cutody. They can get too weird and may flip out and kill the kids. Seriously, watch Dear Zachary, one of the best documentaries I've ever seen and, sorry, spoiler, that's what happens when a killer got custody.

From a legal standpoint it's innocent until proven guilty. That said, He's sooooo guilty.

@ april 20th, What rights? He killed her in Mexico the U.S. has nothing to do in the case. I'm on the sister in-law's side she should get custody of the children, this freaking psycho should not be near them. He's guilty.

He should not be near the children, the only 'right' he should do is go back and face the consequences.
