America's favorite funny ginge is an official resident of California after he was finally able to unload his Central Park West penthouse this week.
Conan O'Brien managed to get his two-floor luxury penthouse sold for an astounding $29.5 million, which is more than enough to get his family settled down in El Lay before he goes on the air for TBS.
The sale actually cashed in as the second-biggest residential sale in Manhattan this year.
Way to make bank, O'Brien! Welcome back to El Lay!
