Charlie Sheen Prepared To Plead Guilty!

| Filed under: Icky Icky PooLegal MattersCharlie Sheen

The time has come for Charlie Sheen to man up!

The actor is apparently preparing to cop a plea deal in the court case regarding his Christmas day assault of wife Brooke Mueller.

And apparently, the Aspen D.A. was nice enough to come up with a variety of options as to how he can be punished!

According to sources, the options include pleading guilty to a misdemeanor and serving 30 days in jail. or pleading guilty and receiving two years probation instead.

Charlie could also receive a "deferred prosecution" where he'd need to comply with certain conditions and later have the charges expunged. Or he could also just go to trial and fight the charges while hoping for the best.

Sheen will appear in court to enter the plea deal and the conditions he chooses on June 7th.

What do U think?? Which option would U pick??

    skank magnet.

Honestly, who cares? Very few celebrities receive actual punishment equal to their crimes. It's a definite advantage of being famous. You can literally get away with murder.

I would pick 2 year probabtion, but this douche bag would probably screw up in one way or another within those 2 years, so he should probbaly pick the 30 days in jail in order to have the freedom he will inevitably fuck up later again.

A bit off topic here - but I wonder what the salaries of the Glee kids who have a major hit on their hands compared to this half hour show that's a minor hit and one of it's stars is paid close to 2 million dollars an episode?

And why do fuck heads still hire him?

Punishment! For a fate worse than death: He could be mandated to view reruns of Two And A Half Men!

This guy is a loser. He couldn't make it on the big screen now he does a show that is equal to "Full House" in its comic abilities. A bunch of lame one liners. He sucks, cannot believe he gets such a big check, he is NOT worth it. douche.

If there is any gender/celeb equity in legal judgements in America, he shuold probably have to wear an anti-booze bracelet and spend 88 minutes in jail, then sign on for another season of his TV show with a significant pay rise. After that, another divorce, more booze and foreign substances and similar storylines on his show. Those method actors! Don't you just love 'em?

Can we all just focus on the fact that he's wearing a Cleveland Indians hat? LAME.

But also the team he played Wild Thing for in Major League. Which was the only worth while thing he did with his career.

  19. 19

    Yankees 8…Indians 2…
    That'would make two losers!!

  20. 20

deferred prosecution? where i live only first time offenders can get that shit.
