Lets not forget to remember and honor the men and women who have died in service of the US. That is, after all, what Memorial Day is about. For many people, Memorial Day is not "Happy".

The only thing important to you about Memorial Day and the military is the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy. You should be thanking the troops they're fighting for your freedom to have a site where you tear about your fellow countrymen, douchebag. I am not sure how you can say Happy Memorial Day that would be like saying Happy Remembrance Day up here in Canada. Memorial Day is a day to remember those in the Military who have sacrifced their lives for the freedom of thier countrymen which obviously is a concept that does not comput for you.

Also I wouldn't call surfing around on the internet looking at other gossip and news sites for gossip that you can post on your site work becasue it not.

Here is an idea how bout you try and search for the names of all of the fallen soliders from this year and post them on your site that would be the appropriate way to observe today.

Happy Memorial Day?! When I see that it seems like you're just going thru the motions. Do you even know what Memorial Day is? It's supposed to be a day to remember our fallen service men and women. I noticed you didn't write anything about Memorial Day, shows how much you really care. You're just like the celebrities you write about, selfish and fake. How many celebrities are doing something today to honor our fallen heroes? I bet if today was Harvey Milk day that Perez and Hollywood would be falling all over themselves to raise awareness, inform the public, etc.. Without the people which are being honored today, nobody in these United States would have any of the rights we have now. How about you go to a national cemetery and lay some flowers on a heroes resting place?

How about mentioning what Memorial Day is really about? It's not just a "holiday" because everyone gets it off from work. That's what is wrong with our country. Lazy people enjoying sitting around drinking and eating while the only reason they have the freedom to have this day off is because of the men and women who have given their lives fighting for it.
