I was born in the Philippines (in NY now) and i actually saw her for the first time on TV joining a singing contest. the funny thing was, she didn't win. I'm glad she made it in the US. She's is an amazing performer.

Charice is the first singer that has ever given me GooSeBuMpS! I never thought that's possible. She sings with such emotion and she can belt out on songs unlike other teen artists right now in the music biz. So what if she just sold 43K in its first week? Its the first week and she is just starting! She is still promoting and getting herself known. Her Pyramid Remix peaked at #1 on Billboard which is pretty amazing for a foreign artist in Amerca. We all know that its hard to break into the US market especially if you're foreign, but Charice's talent is undeniable. You are going to recognize how great she really is even if you're in denial. FYI: Charice's demographic is everyone! young and old, all colors not just Filipinos. Her music appeals to every single person in this planet. She deserves all the success shes getting. This is just the beginning!

I live in Toronto…this crowd is actually just normal shoppers, 85% of Toronto has slitty eyes and they pack every mall like this regardless of who's appearing.

And the mall is in the Downtown area of Toronto where parking is like what 25/hr. The mall is located in a high real estate area of Toronto and not just patronized by (your word) "slitty eyes." FYI - she sold 8000 CD's that day alone. Sorry, they went there to see Charice and buy her CD - End of Story.
