Charlie Sheen Got A Better Deal Than The Jail Wanted For Him!

| Filed under: Icky Icky PooLegal MattersBusted!Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen, you are one lucky man! This woman would have NOT taken kindly to your shenanigans!

The actor is currently beginning his 30 day sentence in Aspen today, but instead of being a full-time jailbird, is working in a local theater from 8am-8pm as an acting coach under a work release program!

Apparently, however, a woman who works in the jail has refused to comply to such terms, despite her boss signing off on it.

We've now learned that the woman is Pitkin County's Jail Administrative Officer, Beverly Campbell, who would prefer the sleazeball actor work under a program called Useful Public Service!

This would restrict Sheen to a daily release of 10am-4pm, and prohibit him from smoking while off prison property! Ouch!

In the end, Sheen's lawyer refused to agree to those terms, so Miz Campbell did not get her way!

Personally, we think it's ridiculous that being able to do community service during the day in lieu of jail time is a pretty cushy deal that he doesn't deserve either way, but what can you do?

What do U think?? Is Charlie's sentencing fair or not strict enough??

Charlie's money grubbing wife set him up! Charlie do us a favor and stay single after this divorce.

  2. 2

jail and prison's should be left for real criminals - the ones that murder living creatures, sell drugs to children, rape people, etc. Locking people up like Charlie Sheen is why jails and prisons are overcrowded.

  3. 3

Of course it isn't fair. There is another set of rules for celebrities when they break the law.

  4. 4

Just wait until you finally get jail for the harm you purposely cause in a premeditated fashion. You will be squealing like a little girl wanting every break you can get. It will be more pathetic then when Paris got locked up. I for 1 cant wait FATBOY

I think someone with skills of any sort (actor, nurse, or whatever) should spend their time doing something useful in their field. Helping others is actually a good thing.

  6. 6

This Campell bitch is a clerk and does what she is told. Team Charlie can now waltz into a mistrial.

  7. 7

Acting Coach?? What does he know about acting??

  8. 8

He is a celeb so I sort of expected a lighter sentence…

  9. 9

He tried to attach his wife with a knife…He should serve 30 days behind bars to make him think about what he did…That women is the mother of his two children! But of course this sounds like another case of money talks and assholes walk. No wonder our country is in the shape it's in. God help us all!

It's appropriate you moron. Work release saves the taxpayers mad cash. Also, the inmate on work release has to pay a small daily fee for his/her work release. It's very common with inmates who have short sentences and are not considered a threat to society. Get your head out of your ass.

Lets see….. His former girlfriend took him to court after he beat the crap out of her down in Mexico. He "accidentally" shot Kelly Preston while she was still living with him. He's a rehab failure, a highschool dropout, and a chain-smoking gambling addict. He hires prostitutes regardless of whether or not his girlfriend or wife is around, and if they get upset by this, he threatens to beat the crap out of them and kill them with an assortment of weapons from his gun and knife collection. Then, he threatens to kill their parents too. Oh, what a catch that Charlie is!

Seriously, some day, this guy is going to kill someone.

  12. 12

Maybe he should serve the full time, provided that the celebrity DUI cases in LA do that as well (18 hours doesn't count … ) and Tito Ortiz … gimmie a break !

  13. 13

Nothing like good old self-righteous indignation to make oneself feel noble, is there Pig Face. You're a toxic, judgmental blowhard with few redeeming virtues of your own.

  14. 14

Gee, in my town if the court says do something, you do it with a big old smile on your face because there are no other &^%*&H options !!!!!!

  15. 15

    Celebrity justice at its best.

  16. 16

He doesn't deserve any of this - his wife is a whacko.

Re: -Shootingstar- – I'm with Shootingstar, I think his bitch wife set him up. Hopefully he'll be smarter next time around and stick to hookers. As for the jail lady, what a dumb ass… aren't you supposed to do what your boss says? Sounds like this lady is taking it personally, a total no-no.

  18. 18

First. He is not in jail. Get you shit straight before you post it. The case was continued to July because of this. So he is not serving any sentence because there is not sentence because the deal did not happen. Douche

  19. 19

HIs punishment is still to harsh you tard. Everyone knows his wife was bat-shit crazy and on crack and made the whole thing up. He should not have gotten any jail time.

  20. 20

There is a very real question of whether Charlie did anything wrong in the first place. His wife's blood alcohol level as .17, his was .03. She had been smoking crack, he had not. Perez, like a lot of folks, automatically believed her and not him. That being said, he was doing work, or community service, something productive, instead of watching tv all day. What's wrong with that? Some people will say that coaching actors is not work. Tell that to an actor, or, better still, next time you watch tv or go to the movies, or the theatre, keep in mind that what you are seeing is a skill, which takes work to acquire. Just because it isn't digging ditches, doesn't mean it isn't work. You Perez, of all people, should realize that. And who gave this administrator power over the judge, sheriff and DA? She should be shot.

  21. 21

Re: April 20th – OK I somewhat agree with you. But correct me if I am wrong but I think this is not the first time Charlie has been in trouble with the law for domestic violence.
When is it ok to put someone in jail/prison BEFORE it is too late???

  22. 22

it wasn't even STRICT TO BEGIN WITH!!
celebs get off WAY too easy!
he should go to jail for 30 days, NO SMOKING ALLOWED!!!

It looks like the Pitkin County Jail's Admin. Officer is the only one who doesn't have stars in her eyes. I like the idea of Sheen coaching acting, but he should be holding acting workshops IN the jail for the inmates to learn a new skill.

  24. 24

Sheen..do the world a favor and MAN UP and do your time. Get your ass to Colorado now and sit in jail where you belong for 30 days and quit all the delays. All your screwing around trying to get out of everything makes you look like exactly what you are..a rich, spoiled, overpaid Hollywood brat who does bad things and then wants to throw money at the problems you cause to make them go away. Be a man and do your time. Doesn't it make you just a little bit embarassed that Martha Stewart has more balls than you do?

  25. 25

She can beat the shit out of Brittney Ashland, and no none says shit. It's great to be Charlie Sheen

Re: Texas Mom – Look how Kiefer stepped up to the plate. He quietly folded laundry inside, no special requests, and then quietly got out. Then look at all of this twisting. Nods.

  27. 27

to be honest id any of you were in his position, you would do the same to get out of jail. i agree with shooting star. also i think perez should stop picking on mr. sheen, he deffo would do the same.
