Katy Perry will host the 2010 Teen Choice Awards in El Lay on August 9th. And along with her hosting duties, she is also a scheduled performer.

      as I cringed while watching and listening to the first 30 seconds of her MTV "performance" I found myself wondering (again), who the hell gave this girl the time of day, let alone a record deal………and before i took it out on my innocent tv, i flipped to vh1…………..
