Most people don't remember that Robert Pattinson actually got his start in the Harry Potter franchise before he blew up as Edward Cullen.
Course, he was only in the film (SPOILER- he dies), but it was a significant enough role that he got to work with a lot of the cast, including Tom Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy.
Tom was actually at the
New Moon MTV Movie Awards on Sunday to accept his popcorn bucket for Best Villain. He was asked about the man of the year, R-Patz, and what he thought of his success. Tom replied:
"I hadn't seen him for a long time actually, and then I saw him for his Remember Me premiere, and I was amazed that he remembered me…Rob's very sweet and just a very cool guy. He's actually very unaffected by all this. He's kind of the beacon of hope for life after Harry Potter. I'm very proud of him."
No worries, Tom. We think you will do fine after Potter has ended. Now that ginger-headed kid who hangs around Daniel Radcliffe - he's got problems!
