I think a dog should be on a leash and walking unless he will bite someone.Look at the doggie´s face, she´s not at all pleased to be carried around!
What a nice guy to take his little old grandmother out for a walk with her doggie! She has trouble crossing the road and so she doesn't get out much these days.
