While filming Red Riding Hood, Amanda Seyfried told boss Leo, who's producing the movie, that he should play her DAD!
The actress reveals:
"Unfortunately he's not in it. I asked him if he would play my dad but he got insulted! He said, 'I don't do male leads in love stories any more'. And I said, 'I wasn't talking about the male leads, I was talking about my dad. You're what, 35? Age yourself up a bit!'"

But he was probably slightly embarrassed he would not act in her production, even though he was producing it. He's out for the buck. He doesn't really do movies except the Scorsese ones…Playing her Dad in that movie is pretty beneath him, and he probably got tongue tied not wanting to acknowledge that fact.
