Jackson vs. Jackson: Katherine Responds!
Joe Jackson may have blamed Michael's death on Katherine Jackson, but she is not taking those accusations lying down.
Although Katherine will not comment on the allegations that keeping "[Michael] cheered up" would have kept him alive today, her lawyer has something to say.
Attorney Adam Streisand said:
"The world knows that Mrs. Jackson has always been a loving mother and grandmother, and that she and Michael had a very special relationship. The world also knows who Joe Jackson is and he seems bent on never letting us forget."
And Howard Weitzman, lawyer for Michael's estate, feels the same!
He said:
"The inference by Joe Jackson that Mrs. Jackson was in any way responsible for Michael's death is preposterous. Katherine Jackson was a supportive and loving mother throughout Michael's life. His love and respect for her is reflected in his estate plan."
No matter what he does, Mr. Jackson is not getting a dime from Michael's will. It's sad how far he's willing to stoop.

as ive said before, i think the problem with joe is when he says something it almost always comes out completly wrong… this man needs a spokesperson pronto!!!
The only one that should be ashame of himself is Joe Jackson. At least Michael love his mother which is more than can be said about his father. Yes Michael forgave his father but he never truly loved him and why would he? He showed this by not leaving him in the will. NOT one dime. After all the abuse why should he feel anything for him. Quite frankly I would never speak to my father again if that happen to me but to each his own. Joe shouldn't bite the hand that feeds him because its the only hand giving him money at this point. I feel sorry for Joe he will always be like this and his children probably only put up with him. At least MJ was loved but Joe likes to kill any love people may have for him.
Why does anyone give this man any press or interviews??? He should be under a bridge somewhere, he is such a troll. We have all heard the abuse stories of the Jacksons childhood, but I have to question Katherines objective ability to "parent" Michaels kids when she is besmurching his memory and wishes by funnelling money to Joe. When Michaels kids are able to look back and see if Katherine abided by their fathers wishes I hope they have the clarity of mind to get as far away from those lepers!
YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!..I bet if the world knew just how horrible Joe Jackson really was BEFORE Michael died we would have had a little more sympathy for him (myself inc)…I mean we all knew Joe was scary and beat Michael and his brothers…but we didn't know he was THIS EVIL….good Lord …no wonder
