LOVE my Glambert and I feel this is the best song off his album but hate the video =(

Sure it is stylish and pretty but it really hasn't much to do with the son. I was envisioning something completely different for this song and it reminds me a little too much of Miley's last video. I also didn't like the editing. Some of the shots just didn't make sense.

Anyone who doesn't love this video must be in a depressive state. Adam is a creative genius. What a celebration of life, love and diversity. If I Had You just makes you want to sing, dance and forget the world as we know it. I love how he invited all his friends to participate. Loved seeing Allison in it. Adam is the most exciting performer of our times and his voice is a gift from the gods!!!

All you people saying he's auto tuned/has no talent/or is too "costumey" haven't even been to one of his concerts–so shut it. He's not all about the costumes all the time (WWFM anyone?). Besides, theatrics are his thing anyway. Why is campiness so hard to accept in this day and age of overly-sexual and superficial music vids? He LIKES being campy/tounge-in-cheek-y and silly. It's supposed to be a fun song. Some of you are going WAY too deep on this video. It's all about love and joy. Simple. Try watching the acoustic versions of his songs on YouTube before you dismiss him for being too OTT.

Great sounding song, tasty hooks, tons of energy and passion…if he gets the writing and arranging that challenges him, as an already experienced performer, he will go much farther. As an aside, I can't stand clothing spikes. They're an unnecessary and silly, trendy distraction from music that should be so good it stands on its own. Use the emotional swells of the music, not spikes. In twenty years he'll look back and it will be like looking at the big hair on 80's bands. I promise. Dedicated effort on Adam's part here.
