Even Gwyneth Paltrow needs to shed a few extra pounds every now and again.
Tracy Anderson, the GOOP princess' personal trainer, admits that her client has moments where her weight fluctuates. Specifically, Gwyn had to put on the tonnage for a new movie. Gwyn blogged to her GOOP readers that she was chowing down on fried chicken and ice cream.
Course, she wanted to take all that excess weight off after the movie was finished, so Tracy put her on a strict regiment. To slim down again, Gwyn worked out for an hour-and-half every day with a combination of Tracy's dance cardio and a specially-made "terrifically difficult leg series" video.
She also drank kale juice and ate super low-carb vegan wraps for five days straight, which probably tasted as good as it sounds.
