      I have to say… my nieces and nephew will probably love this movie. I loved the smurfs as a child; and, this doesn't exactly measure up. But, they haven't seen them. So, this might not actually be so bad.

      I am all for updating Smurf animation but I want traditional Smurf scenery. I don't want Smurfs in Manhattan. I don't want Smurfs in the subway or Smurfette shopping at Versace. Put them back in forest with their magic, fighting off Gargamel and his evil cat. If Vanity Smurf walks a runway during fashion week I will absolutely puke.
