Joran Van Der Sloot Refused To Talk To Judge!

Although he confessed to the murder of Stephany Flores, Joran van der Sloot has revoked the confession.
And now he is refusing to speak to a judge about the case! He's claiming habeas corpus, a legal action where a defendant can seek relief from unlawful detention.
Maximo Altez, van der Sloot's lawyer, is claiming that his client's rights and due process were violated after his recent arrest. They are hoping that it will make the confession invalid.
Joran is still claiming that he was "tricked" into confessing.
"In my blind panic I signed everything, but never knew what was written on them," he said.
We hope van der Sloot gets what's coming to him.

Keiraluv: They had security cameras covering the room door at the hotel in Peru. Van Der Sloot entered the room with Stephanie following him…and well alive. A female hotel employee heard a woman and man arguing. Next, Van Der Sloot leaves the room, no one else entered or left…all captured on camera. in minutes, he returned to the room with two coffee cups and cake, and looked at the security camera. Then next, he fully packed his bags…and left the room for good. Reaching the front desk, he paid for 4 more days at the hotel, and asked that no one disturb his "girlfriend" (a girl he just met who was asleep in the room, he claimed), or make-up his bed, or clean the room, for 4 days? He fled the country, and went to Chile, disguised his appearance by changing his hair color, and then told Chile's police that he and Stephanie were attacked by a gang of criminals and she was killed. And yet, the security video tape shows no one exit or enter the room until Stephanie's brutally beaten body was found by a female hotel employee? Van Der Sloot is guilty. Fleeing a crime scene, and disguising one's appearance, and lying about facts surrounding the events…can be considered consciousness of guilt. He even lied to his mother on the phone, while in Chile, by acting as if he didn't know Stephanie was dead? He is a sociopath/psychopath…and a serial killer. Next you are going to say that Hitler is innocent until proven guilty?
Re: Zip – I am very aware of the video footage and all the "testimony" going on surrounding this case. However, my own personal opinions aside, seriously. Innocent until proven guilty. We may have our own opinions on the matter, overwhelmingly guilty of course, but it would be unjust and unfair to put him away until a fair trial. But…who am I kidding? In America it is guilty until proven innocent.

Well, who didn't see this one coming? A 10-year-old could have told you that he would retract his confession. He is doing the same thing he did in Aruba, which reminds me of a magician. Misdirection by telling so many stories and none of them add up and in the end, no one knows what to believe. I sincerely hope they see through this and he gets the 35 years and we never have to look at his crazy face again.
I also believe that what he told that journalist is the truth about Natalee Holloway. I believe he dumped her body in the ocean. Why would you bother to dig a grave when you are surrounded by water? I wouldn't give him the satisfaction of making up more lies about that poor girl.

I'm from Holland and, as you may know, Joran too. We are really, really disgusted here. Now he's saying that he thought he would be sent back to Holland if he confessed to the murder of Stephany. Obviously, that's BULLSHIT.
(That's why he's saying he was ”tricked” into confession, because he thought he would be sent back to Holland. Holland is much softer in giving punishments. Murder is 15-25 years in prison here, I think. He should be in jail FOR LIFE! )
