He hasn't even released his latest, The Last Airbender, yet, and he's already working on his next!

Director M. Night Shyamalan is reportedly circulating a new screenplay to top studio execs, a project which has reportedly garnered the interest of Bradley Cooper, Goopy Paltrow and his former Sixth Sense and Unbreakable star, Bruce Willis!

To the surprise of no one, the whole ordeal is overly secretive, and no details about the story or plot have been revealed.

But given the last few pieces of shit this guy has produced, we're not expecting much!

What do U think?? Can M. Night Shyamalan finally make a decent movie again??

    Bah his movies are terrible!

  2. 2

you're crazy. every single movie he made was great in it's own way. too many people talk trash on "lady in the water", and that movie was wonderful.

  3. 3

Almost all of his movies have been amazing…just cause you don't understand them, don't hate on them. They are movies you really have to watch a couple of times to see and get everything he puts in. IMO, M. Night is a rare visionary.

  4. 4

Put Joaquin Phoenix back to work! He was awesome in The Village.

  5. 5

I really hope M. Night Shyamalan's cast does a good acting job, especially compared to the stuff he's put out before. The actors from I Made A Movie.com are wwaayyy better than some of the others he's had. Anyone remember The Village? I'm trying not to.

  6. 6

doesn't he look like one of the jackson's ?!

  7. 7

He looks like Michael Jackson from the Thriller album.

  8. 8

One can only hope it's as riveting as 'The Happening'. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

  9. 9

    Oh Lordy!!!!!!!!
Since EACH subsequent film he has done has gone DOWN, DOWN, DOWN more quickly than Chace Crawford on a dude in a Texas parking lot………..this one has T-U-R-D written all over it!

My God Almighty….he got Mark Walburg and Zooey Deschanel for his last film for Christ's sake, and neither has an acting bone in his body….Hell FrankenHeidi shows more emotion! Dayuuuuuuuuuuum!

    Worst "Filmmaker" EVER!

  11. 11

He has had his face re-did lol

"…every single movie he made was great…" Are you kidding me? Just how easy to entertain are you? Lady in the Water - Unwatchable. The Happening - Suicide inducing. Unbreakable - WTF?

This is another case of a director getting lucky. The Sixth Sense was a critical and commercial success, so the studios gave him free reign. But when you're lucky instead of talented, you get to screw moviegoers with one turd after another for years.

Want another example of the lucky director syndrome? The Wachowski brothers. First Matrix, good movie. Then they started making up stories about how they always envisioned the Matrix as a trilogy. The people who run studios are retarded and gullible. That's how we ended up with the two terrible sequels. Let's not forget their incomprehensible take on Speed Racer.

I'm hoping The Last Airbender will be good. It looks good in the previews. But because it's Shyamalan, I'm expecting a shit-pie.

    WHAT A TWIST!

  14. 14

Lol. He does look like Thriller MJ. I like his movies. Looooved the village. Some of them you have to think deeper. One or two are for Science geeks. But I love his work over all. Oh and Signs, loved that too. (Remember in Scary Movie how the Alien from 'Signs' walk past the tv screen all crazy lols).

  15. 15

It's a fact that he slipped off, but……I think avatar is going to be his comeback! Avatar is hawt and has it's story all ready, he can't mess it up that way. His vision for this movie I bet will be great. I'm so looking forward to avatar. That cartoon is amazing. I luv it

    Re: cjk0420 – i love robot chicken

  17. 17

When did he make a good one? The guy is a one-trick pony.

  18. 18

Re: classydenise15 – lol Yeah the Village was OKAY but it lagged oh so much in PLOT. D:

  19. 19

Really? After The Happening, studio execs are going to give him more $$? Why can't they give it to some random high school student aspiring to be a director instead? I think we've all had enough of Shyamalan. To those weird few who think he's a "visionary," there's not one thing from his last three movies that was even interesting, let alone visionary. He's a total bore.

  20. 20

Hey, Signs was a great movie! OK, so that loud mouth Mel Gibson was in it, but it was before he became a complete racist drunk @ss lunatic. And Joaquin Phoenix was still sane and hot.

    So that's TWO good movies.

  21. 21

Well I happen to love this guy. Those who don't, that is YOUR opinion. Please do not bash those that understand this mans genius.

  22. 22

    M. Night Fuck The Movie Up

He should have taken home the awards for "The Sixth Sense" instead of the "American Beauty" which should have been renamed "American Crap." But, who is going to vote for a foreign guy during his debut?

I definitely think he has it in him.

  24. 24

ALL of his movies are good, sadly retards simply don't understand them. People with tiny little brains get upset that they can't "get" the movies. People like you that is. And hey, you're a pathetic piece of shit and yet you haven't gone away. Opinions are like assholes, and yours is wide and full of shit.

FYI The last air-bender is going to be AMAZING .Especially if they managed to figure out how to get Momo in it.

  25. 25

    Re: Ammie

Sixth Sense for an oscar? That's hilarious.

No one would have even paid attention to it if it hadn't had the twist at the end. That's why every shamalamadingdong movie since has had a twist thrown in. He's a one hit (and trick) wonder.

    26

He is so handsome. Please Night, put yourself in your movies more than just a little bit.

  27. 27

I wouldn't go so far as to say ALL of his films were great. The Happening…. that's one film I could not defend.

As for someone slagging off on Unbreakable, are you nuts?!

  28. 28

After "The Happening" I really think he lost his spark. The couple films before that (The Village & Lady In The Water) werent complete trainwrecks but werent anything worth watching multiple times. His movies have pretty much gone from great to good to average to trainwreck (The Happening) I think he should take a break for a while or find someone else with a great script and just direct.

  29. 29

My friends mom works for M. Night and I was fortunate enough to be invited to his next movie coming out next year "Devil" and like most I couldn't stand his last couple movies, I hated all of them after he came out with Signs. But honestly this movie was REALLY good and kept me on my toes, so give the guy a chance he could be having a comeback cause "Devil" was an awesome movie and it wasn't' entirely finished but I loved it and so did the others I went with!

  30. 30

All his movies have been good so far, they're just way over the head of dipshits like you Perez. Go back to your cartoons ans buttfucking flicks, that's about as much as you can handle.

  31. 31

Joaquin I forgot about him, and he's awesome in the Village.
Plus Bryce Dallas Howard would be the only reason I go and see Eclispe

  32. 32

    I love his movies!

  33. 33

The only movie that he made that was good was 6th Sense. Signs was so bad I laughed. Havent seen all his movies but he is a shit.

  34. 34

he's made good movies before and he can make good movies again

  35. 35

blah blah blah WHAT A TWEEST. I'm still waiting for something to happen in the Happening and I saw it a year ago.
