No, Bam Margera doesn't need to relocate his bar. If his bar is such a disturbance, then why aren't other neighbors complaining? This woman sounds like an obsessed nutjob who needs to be jailed or institutionalized, and the police needs to start taking this woman seriously. What if she would have used a gun instead of a bat? Then we would have been reading "Bam, R.I.P." posts when this could have been prevented.

Hmm, Normally due to zoning regulations you cannot have a bar that plays music near residential places. If she was that annoyed she could of called the city to see if his bar is in compliance with all laws..If it wasn't yea. But of course states have noise regulations. From I believe here its 7 AM till 9 PM. Basically you can make all the news you want from that time and people can't complain. Thats one of the main reasons why they have zoning regulations to keep clubs/bars away from residential areas. If his bar is in a residential area and playing music past the noise law then yea he can get into trouble for that. But if her house is in a business area like on the second floor of a business establishment there isn't shit she can do.

Actually, he should not relocate, IDIOT! The bar is in West Chester, PA. West Chester is known for its bars. It is a damn college town. How would I know? I went to West Chester University. There are bars all over. And the cops know about the partying that goes on. Bams bar is the only bar in town that has live bands. The residents of the community know college kids live there and party. The cops just leave them be unless a party is out of control! His bar is right next to a hair salon and around the corner from three different bars. So of course there is going to be music. The residents know that when living in a town with a huge university blocks away.

If you've ever been to The Note, then you KNOW that there is a strip of bars located there, around the corner, and around the corner from there. Its WEST CHESTER. His spot is the only one around that plays live original bands besides the North Star, but thats all the way in Philly.
