RPatz head is way too large for his body, it makes him look awkward…and his hair only accentuates this fact. I completely agree with Miley on this one, girls only find him attractive because of his role, not his looks. As for Taylor, it looks like he stuck his face in a beehive. I don't ever look at him so I don't know if it is this picture or his normal appearance, but he definitely is puffy (nose, lips, cheeks). The puffiness is what makes his eyes look so squinty.
