Joe Jackson's attorney, Brian Oxman, should probably just hide in a hole today! The lawyer is expected to file a wrongful death lawsuit, so that Joe can get unspecified damages for Michael's death.
"Mr. Jackson believes there are other parties responsible for Michael Jackson's death but has not yet gathered sufficient information regarding their potential liability or responsibility," the suit documents.
The complaint will be amended when sufficient evidence is found.
Joe alleges Dr. Murray withheld that he had administered Propofol from the doctors and EMTs. He also tried to "clean-up the scene" before help arrived and claims that he was monitoring Michael's heart with a pulse oximeter, even though it was found "in the closet in the next room."
Due to the "polypharmacy" of drugs Dr. Murray administered, Joe claims he has suffered more than $75,000 in damages.
EW! How could you put a monetary amount on losing your son?!
