Surprise! Surprise! Eclipse Already Breaking Records!
The hundreds upon thousands of fans who showed up at Nokia Live yesterday for the premiere of Eclipse are just a small percentage of the thousands upon gazillion Twi-Hard fans around the world.
It should be no surprise then that even before the movie has been released in theaters, it is already breaking records. Right now Eclipse is both Fandango's and MovieTickets.com's top advance ticket-seller of the year.
On Fandango, Eclipse has topped the Top 5 ticket-sellers on a daily basis ever since tickets first went on sale five weeks ago and has been voted by users as The Most Anticipated Movie Of The Summer. The flick currently leads the Fandango Five with over 52% of daily ticket sales!
Wow! It's going to be interesting to see what kinds of numbers they bring in at the box-office. Will they be able to surpass themselves and crush the record of New Moon?
Either way, it's still going to be huge!!!

OMG!!! What is so insecure about liking a book. With all the things teenagers get blasted with on tv and in movies and video games, a book about eternal love and abstinence is not a bad thing. If you never read the books you should not give your comment.

God no. I'll wait till it's aired free on the movie channel at my school. I don't need to waste money to judge terrible acting. Besides, I'm saving up to go to the Harry Potter premiere in November.

Meh, not impressive. Most movies drop like 30% after their opening weekend. Twilight movies drop like 85-90%. HUGE opener, then it is just pathetic.

There can't be that many 12 year old girls (+mom) in this country. The movies are terrible, the books are terrible, the fans are terrible. They can like it, but that doesn't make it good.
