Vet Took Care Of Mariah's Dog For Over Two Weeks?
Mariah Carey allegedly didn't pay a veterinary bill to Dr. Cindy Bressler totaling over $37,000 and now Dr. Bressler is suing the diva.
Bressler claims she took care of Mimoo's sick puppy Dolomite for 2 1/2 weeks in her California mansion with Bressler's team providing the dog with round-the-clock care. Bressler even sent videos to Mariah of the dogs.
A source close to Bressler says:
"We were up all night caring for and tube-feeding the puppy. Mariah loves her dogs and requested the best care, and that's what she got. Dr. Bressler left her practice [in New York] and was there through the pre- and postnatal care and the delivery. We provided 24-hour day care. She [Bressler] is a doctor, and Mariah acted like Dr. Bressler was one of her hair or makeup people."
As for Mariah's camp, her attorney says:
"This abusive lawsuit appears to be a crass publicity stunt. As a matter of principle, Mariah intends to fight this baseless case and is confident that it will be dismissed."
We wonder what really happened?
But if the doc was taking care of the dog non-stop for over 2 weeks she deserves the rest of her paycheck!

i call bullshit on this…Mimi is all about her dogs..i cant see her being away from them for 2 weeks and IF she had too…..she would pay the bills…this just sounds like someone lookin for extra cash.
mariah showed a picture of the pup who was no more than a couple of days old and mariah finger was stroking the pup you can tell its her by the bling.
even if this is true (which i dont think so) she payed the woman more money then nessary. and secondly mariah is good friends with her make up people having fun with them, so why is that used as a negative.
I call bullshit on this one. Why wouldn't Mariah Carey, who has millions of dollars, not pay the doctor $37,000, which to her is probably less than she would spend on a Monday shopping spree? She's neither in debt nor broke, so why would she willingly subject herself to a lawsuit by not paying this debt?
The bill sounds a bit exorbitant.

There is NO WAY a vet bill for two weeks should be $37,000! The vet clearly is
trying to rip Mariah off. One of my dogs had a surgery at one of the top
speciality cllinics in the U.S. Five days was only $5,000! And when one of
my bitchs had a litter..I hired two vet tech assistants and that was a total
of $400.00. Even if the dog ate gold nuggets..the vet is being very dishonest.
Any person who has show dogs or dogs who have high tech surgery will
tell you the same.

Oh come on! I have had dogs near DEATH, in shock, organs shut down, at deaths door that survived and have never had a vet bill over $2,500. Yet, this vet is charging about $85 an hour to care for a puppy? Tube feeding? I tube fed humans in under 10 minutes. It isn't a 24/7 deal. I think this vet is full of crap or so over priced it is unbelievable.

Yeah $35,000 is a lot of money for veterinary treatment/dog-sitting for two weeks but–oh wait! It's Hollywood, people! People charge crazy shit all the time and try to get away with it. Anyway, assuming Mariah wanted "the best" for her pup maybe she equated best with most expensive?

I think it is realistic for her to be away from her animals for two weeks…it seems like she's everywhere and she was previously coming off of the publicity rounds for "Precious".
I could also see that maybe this vet does charge and insane amount for every minute task since she knows she's working with the rich and famous and when Mariah looked at the bill she was like, "Hell no! You charged $1000 dollars a day to feed the dog AND give it water each??"

This is terrible. I'm sorry, but if an animal is in that poor of a condition, doing this tube feeding thing is inhumane. There comes a point where you have to let an animal go and put it to sleep. I don't care if she did the work, what happened here was animal cruelty. If an animal is born in such poor condition that you go to this length… then you are just doing it for the money. You aren't doing it for the animal. You aren't doing it for the owner. As someone who's worked in a Vet's office, family as vets, this is cruel. Sometimes animals are born sick. They don't make it. You don't encourage the owner to torture them with extraordinary methods.
EVEN IF SHE WAS FLOWN IN AND OUT , I DON'T SEE WHY IT WOULD COST $38,000 TO CARE FOR 1 OR 2 PUPPIES…BASELESS CLAIM ! ENUFF SAID !!
