Chris Klein Officially Charged With Two Counts Of DUI!

For the first time in a long time, we bet Katie Holmes feels secure in her decision in dumping this guy for Tom Cruise!

Actor Chris Klein was officially charged this morning with two counts of misdemeanor DUI stemming from his arrest two weeks ago. Officials explained that Chris was charged with one count of DUI with a prior and one count of driving with .08 blood alcohol level or higher.

How much higher you ask? Oh, about THREE TIMES THE LEGAL LIMIT!

Sources confirm that Chris was asked to take two breathalyzer tests on the morning he was arrested. He registered in at a whopping .22 and a .24.

Wow! That's a lot of Stoli!

Chris is in rehab in Utah right now, but he faces a mandatory minimum of 96 hours, max one year in prison should he be convicted, plus a $1,000 fine.

So ask yourself this Chris - was it worth it???

We think not!

I really like this guy and hate to see him in this type of situation. Hopefully, the rehab will work and he can stay away from drugs and alcohol.

this guy seriously decided to take all logic and throw it out the window along
with his freedom.. apparently it's a new thing for celebrities to do jail time.. i knew it the day Paris Hilton got herself locked up it would become a fashion trend lol.
