Oksana Grigorieva's lawyers are refuting Mel Gibson's lawyer's claims that the actor has been generous in supporting Oksana and their daughter Lucia.
Mel's lawyer says that he put Oksana and the baby up in a multi-million dollar house, bought her a car, provided health insurance and gives her "tens of thousands" for child support.
But Oksana's lawyer states:
"The statement released to TMZ on behalf of Mel Gibson is based upon complete distortions of the truth regarding Mr. Gibson's financial contributions toward the parties' child and conveniently ignores his obligations to the parties' child under California law.
"Mr. Gibson persists in attempting to 'litigate' this matter in the media, and continues to launch false accusations against the mother of his child. Unlike Mr. Gibson, Ms. Grigorieva has not, and will not engage in this type of undignified banter in the press."
Sources close to Oksana even say that the actor hasn't paid child support since they broke up!
But who is telling the truth?

Is it that impossible for two grown adults to act their age instead of like teenagers? They may have broken up but they could have been mature about it till she opened her big mouth and started talking shit. This statement from the lawyer doesn't refute a single one of Mel's claims.
He DID put her up in a multi-million dollar house, he bought her a car, he's providing health insurance coverage, and he DID give her tens of thousands of dollars already. Her lawyers are being greedy here. Obviously, Mr. Gibson has seen to his daughter's needs, and will continue to do so.
Hasn't she been talking to the press too? Sad that a child has to come into the world this way.

#1 - whether hae has or hasn't been paying support is pretty easy to prove.
#2 - The lawyers statement didn't even refute his assertion, he merely said it's a "distortion" of the truth. Which means, 'Yes, he's paying, but we think it's her entitlement, not his generosity'.
#3 - She's full of shit. She "hasn't and isn't dealing in the press"?? She's the one who first brought up alleged 'old' crimes and claims of abuse.
