J. Simpleton's VH1 Show Being Retooled
Even though it failed to get huge ratings, VH1 is giving it another chance!
Jessica Simpon's The Price of Beauty "is being retooled" for its sophomore season.
The focus of the show will now be on makeovers instead of traveling the world with her stoopid friends.
"VH1 is in talks with Jessica for a series on beauty and image," claims a source.
A spokesperson for the network added:
"We are here to stay with Jessica and are committed to this journey and this message with her about women, self image, etc… all through Jessica’s totally unique and unfiltered lens. We are really excited about the next step, which we will announce soon and will air on VH1 in 2011."
Let's hope this step is better than the first!

I really liked the show. Its not nearly as trashy as show's you've been on Perez. This show actually had some meaning…and was positive. But we all know you aren't into positivity unless its someone kissing your ass.
i liked her show the way it was.. it wasnt trashy like the rest of the reality shows. it was light hearted and actually taught people something….
Simpleton needs to work on her inner and outer beauty before she works on anyone else, I won't watch this trash.

She has no lines on her face because she's plump. That's the advantage of having a real woman's body. Unless you like your women looking like gaunt skeletons.
btw, Jessica, you fail at this stuff. Focus on your fashion career, seems to be lucrative. And that hair thing you sell. I'm sure all that stuff keeps you rolling in cash, so what's the deal? And who the hell are the people who keep throwing away money with her constant failures?
Chestica's show sucked. I won't even watch the 2nd season. Makeovers? Its all been done to death. Boring!!!!!
