At the end of the trailor if you look at the mirror in the bedroom something is written and the baby is standing in the crib but in the room the baby is not there. Any thoughts?
I agree with most posters here. The first one SUCKED. There was nothing scary about it! It was a waste of 2 hours and an even bigger waste of $$. Why they are making a 2nd one is beyond me…?

Boring movie. i'm glad I waited for rental for this. I would have been pissed off seeing this in the theater. I chose to watch Saw 6 instead in the theater. So awesome :3
If you think this is scary, then you surely haven't seen any good horror movies. Pulling the same old lame tactics for scares is pretty damn lazy and uncreative. The first one was enough of a bore, who needs more of that ?

Re: kidzes – Agreed! I hate when people make a generalization about everyone. Just because you thought it was stupid or wasn't scary doesn't mean other people didn't. The movie broke tons of records, so obviously it wasn't that stupid. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but no one is stupid because they thought it was/wasn't scary.

PA was one of the stupidest movies i'd ever seen. I can make that with my little kodak ZI8 and at least my movie would be funny. i watched it and kept waiting for something to happen? This is what people were going nuts about? How embarassing. No wonder people love twilight, katy perry, miley cyrus, and lord knows what else. THe stupider it is the better, apparently.
Hollywood f–ked up a good thing, again. The dog barking at nothing was creepy but glitching the camera and then having a girl standing there… that's just hokey as hell. Come on, Hollywood, stop doing what the Japanese do. Was scared until that girl came on.
Haha, first take, when the dog is barking, the kid is in the crib but not in the mirror. 2nd take, dog is missing from both the mirror and the room but the kid is in the mirror and not the crib. Let's hope they're still doing post-production.

ahhh… i haven't seen the first movie yet, but this one kinda scared me, i hate things that "pop up" but im always curious about horror films, so it's a losing situation
… i was curious so i watched hostel 1 and 2 (bad stuff, pornography almost), and then i watched the Freddy movies (newest one was ok, but still kinda creepy), and i only watched the first Saw (the others will never be seen). but will i watch this movie? tempted.

Really? so just about everyone needs gore and scary looking things to get scared now? what happened to REALITY? Yes, reality, the noises you hear at night, the things young kids and babies and your pets see that you don't. Those unexplainable REAL things that happen… that's what this movie is about. It lets your imagination run wild with what "it" could be. Never seeing it is the haunting melody in this very low budget but very high money making machine!! I'm in!!!! Freaked out already, can't wait!!

I liked the first one and I would like to see another but I hate it when they put animals in these types of movies. It never goes well. I will let someone else see it first and if the dog dies, I wont see it. Tired of seeing the animals get it all the time.

The only thing I experienced with the first one was nausea from all the camera movements. The movie wasn't anything special. If you're like me and you watch a lot of foreign horror, you realize it wasn't really original either.
