Is so nice to know that while American are busting their ass working and paying taxes off the ying yang, a few Senators, this time Senator Klobuchar, feel the need to use time to indulge in some stupid line of questioning at our expense. Don't be fooled in thinking that this is done for free, that asshole is getting paid by us to quizz this nominee. Elena Kagan is a far left wing nut case who has no respect for the Constitution — just like B. Hussein. Most voters don't take into account that when they vote for a president they are also voting for the type of Supreme Court appointments he will make. Kagan is completely unqualified for the Supreme Court but will be confirmed because the Democrat Communists are in power. God help us all. And the Constitution doesn't say anything about separation of church and state. It says we can't establish a state religion like the Church of England. The left wing of this country has destroyed our public schools so most people nowadays have never studied the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence or the Bill or Rights.
