Robert Prosser was charged with drug possession, cultivation of marijuana and having weapons while under disability.

He was accused of knowingly growing pot within the vicinity of Rees E. Price School in Price Hill, Ohio and cops found 33 plants and 3 guns in his home.

Ya think he was utilizing his product when this mugshot was taken?!

      I guess Perez has never smoked pot or seen the film Dazed and Confused… this dude looks more like he's on fucking Acid, PCP or speed or sum kind of upper. If he was stoned he would look A LOT more relaxed and his eyes would be red. It looks like his spine is trying to escape from his body through his head…its weird.
