Jasmine Waltz, the waitress that allegedly punched Lindsay at Voyeur nightspot in El Lay is denying she beat La Loca, saying she didn't lay a hand on her.
Jasmine told our sources, "All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional! I did not hit her… but I'd like to."
