    who cares? Millions of children in the world are drinking contaminated water, or dying of malnutrition, or being slaughtered in civil wars, or eating poisoned food and definitely breathing polluted air. Cigarettes no worse than many things affecting millions of kids. Oh, and he's fat….that's unhealthful. If he dies young, he'll be like millions of humans. Not special. Who cares if he smokes: parents in America are committing child abuse by purchasing candy and burgers for their overweight kids….who then take up alcohol in their teens. Does this kid have a drinking problem too?

    His parents should be ashamed of themselves, first for indulging their child in this (regardless of the country or culture: Tobacco is a harmful substance. Period). And second, for exploiting their child and his habit for personal gain.

    Let the kid smoke. Take this as an opportunity to observe what you should not allow your kids to do. As far as this being disturbing, I don't see that. I find this funny as fuck. The kid does it well.
