      She had the attitude like nothing was going to happen to her right up until the judge handed down the sentence. Then and only then did she care. While the judge was going over all the lies and things she had done, she was rolling her eyes and had a nonchelaunte attitude and then WHAM!!! She got hit. Good for that judge. She saw past the BS and did what she needed to do. Only thing that would have been better was to have seen them cuff her and have her taken to jail THAT DAY!!

      The judge is awesome and I was beginning to lose hope in the court systems but there is a god now. She needs to learn how to be a lady and not a little girl. If she has such a royal title then she needs to stop acting like a lil immature party girl; she needs to grow the fuck up already. Lohan doesn't stop! She keeps going with her bullshit. Is she a pathological liar? Why would anyone blame innocent people for their mistakes. She has been given many chances and has gotten off the hook many times.       Unforunatelty she'll only do a minimal amount of time. She's no different than the young celebs of yesteryear that wound up with practically nothing in the end. She had too much 'celebrity', too young and too fast. She feels entitled to everything. Add the Rx to that mix and you have a the total disaster that you're witnessing. Her 'astonishment' to the verdict is real because she has never once been held accountable for a thing. Those "bushes" she ran into back in 2007 could have easily been anyone's Mother, Father, Sister, Brother or Child. So, the people that feel sorry for her can do so, but I doubt you would be singing that tune if it was your "bush" she ran in to. She is also surrounded by nothing but "yes men" trying to get any dime they can from her, including her Mother. And because of her Z-list status now, those 'yes- men' are the bottom feeders in Hollywood taking advantage of a troubled, narcisitic, irresponsible addict. She should have been doing a year in jail back in 2007, like any other person would have.

      To all you losers out there feeling sorry for her- she was given a choice. Go to the drug/ alcohol class once a week or there will be consequences. She chose the consequences and now she is getting them. She continuously screwed up, got caught in lie after lie and ignored the terms of her probation. What did you expect to happen to her?

      She got off easy. She was sentanced to jail time before and she spent less than two hours inside!! I hope they actually keep her for the full 90 days this time around. If any average person did what she did, they would have gotten a much more stringent sentance. I really hope she cleans up her act and gets healthy.       Listening to Lindsay's lawyer lay out the incidents and violations, I almost felt sorry for Lindsay. But, there seemed to be a lot of lying on Lindsay's part, and having her speak in her defense really did not help her case. Her lawyer needed to use a more aggressive approach and leave out all the "compliances" that she tried to convince the court that Ms. Lohan completed. I think the judge was extremely thorough in going through each incident that Ms. Lohan was involved in, thus proving Lindsay's and her lawyer's court statements were half truths and outright lies. I think the judge was very fair, and had Ms. Lohan stuck rigorously to the terms of her probation, I believe the judge would not have sentenced her to jail time.
      At the same time, I couldn't help think if Paris Hilton did jail time, was released early by a bureacratic mistake, then returned to jail to serve her full sentence, Lindsay didn't stand a chance of receiving probation with drug rehabilitation stipulation.

The judge allowed the program to modify the terms according to her needs. How in the hell are you going to feel sorry for someone who has had TWO DUI'S, been in possession of cocaine TWICE, has been given MULTIPLE chances to change her ways and STILL continues to drink and drive, endangering not only HER life, but the lives of EVERYONE else on the road? You should feel sorry for the people in L.A. who had to drive on the same roads as this moron. If Lindsay Lohan had been drinking and driving and crashed into your mother/brother/sister/friend/loved one, you wouldnt be feeling so sorry for her then, now would you?

Its pretty funny that she keeps looking around saying "are you serious" which tells me she must have thought she would have gotten special treatment. I do not think they are making an example of her.
