LiLo Allowed Five Different Kinds Of Prescription Drugs While In Prison!

At the risk of sounding like Michael Lohan, what good will this do her???

Sources have reviewed Lindsay Lohan's probation officer's report and there are FIVE listed prescription drugs that Lindsay is allowed to take while she is in prison.

And the mixture is apparently TOXIC!

According to the report, Lindsay is allowed to take two different antidepressants, Zoloft and Trazodone, Nexium for acid reflux, Adderall and Dilaudid, an extreme painkiller!

WTF?! She had her wisdom teeth out like 3 months ago! She no longer needs that shiz!

It's like you are setting this girl up to harm herself!

Someone more credible than her father needs to step in on this one! This does not sound right!

like shes really going to get high from acid reflux medicine. Some people need anti-depressants especially when douche bags attack her daily like you! douche bag!

  2. 2

trazodone is not an anti-depressant. It is a tranquilizer used with anti-depressants. really seems like too much medication.

Her face is a war zone. Plastique!

  4. 4

When I had my wisdom teeth out, they gave me percocet. I took one and then my Dad took the bottle away from me claiming he didn't want me to get addicted. He later became addicted to pain pills.

  5. 5

she might need the painkiller because they tell you not to smoke after your widom teeth are removed. the suction can cause the patient to lose the blood clots that fill the vacuum where the teeth used to be. and we all know she smokes and plus she is a junkie.

  6. 6

a predsciption speedeball…..lovely……honestly….if i were in jail….thats a pleasurable mix…..she will feel fantastic regardless of her surroundings

a presciption speedball…..lovely……honestly….if i were in jail….thats a pleasurable mix…..she will feel fantastic regardless of her surroundings

    Re: annapkillsit
it's the Adderall and Dilaudid… those together are a PARTY!

  9. 9

FYI Trazodone is a sleep med, not a an antidepressant… didn't you say she was on Ambien too (earlier post)?? And again, there is absolutely NO reason she should be on Dilaudid. Doesn't the prison have some sort of doc that reviews all the inmates' meds to see if they're REALLY needed??

  10. 10

FUCK! Im sorry either the girl needs to die already so we can all move on with our life or send her ass permentatly to jail and stop fucking around already this is bullshit, she's getting away with too much already as it is fucking stupid

  11. 11

TOXIC? LMAO!! She has obviously been taking all these pills for a while…so all of a sudden she needs them in jail & they become toxic? I'm gonna take a wild guess & say the judge consulted a doctor to make sure the meds were ok to take together. You're an idiot, Perez.

Oh & why does almost every celeb take anxiety medicine? I really don't get it at all. I have severe anxiety & I couldn't do half the shit they do.

  12. 12

I couldn't agree more Perez! This is rediculous, a DRUG ADDICT should NOT be allowed to take that medication! She swapped the coke for ADDERAL, same freaking thing but LEGAL and in pill form! She probably takes the TRAZADONE for sleep to come down off the adderal, wtf ish her MOTHER doing???!!!! She all high too?! I applaud Micheal yes he can be an ass but he's trying to help his daughter which is more than I can say for DINA! Enabaling is NOT parenting! This makes me angry that she's allowed to harm herself in jail, and wtf is the point of REHAB when you are POPPING PILLS!!! Which in a way is THE WORST cause people think it's ok because they have a prescription! I don't think she's going to live much longer not unless she HERSELF changes her life, and right now she's TOO HIGH to see it, r.i.p Lindsay!!!

  13. 13

I agree with you Perez. Someone needs to step in NOW. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Are these people for real allowing her to take all of these pills? Have they forgotten about Heath Ledger? Michael Jackson? Brittany Murphy? WAKE UP HOLLYWOOD! None of you are invincible! And who are these doctors and why are they allowed to get away with prescribiing this many meds? Seriously. It's an outrage!

  14. 14

trazadone is not an antidepresant its a sedative, highly addictive and dangerous drug. i understand the zoloft which is an antidepressant and has potential to do her well, if she takes it consistently without drugs adn alcohol, otherwise, again dangerous. trazadone is what people take to knock themselves out, people do crazy shit in prison to get their hands on a good ole trazie. the dialadid is redic. NO WAY! even if she has jsut had them out, thats absurd. and the adderall, paalease! stimulant city. she is not going to need to concentrate while sitting in a cell, and wont need it without all the street drugs in her system. she only uses it to stay awake and counteract the traz and as an appetite supressant. i work in a san francisco county jail and the only medication listed above allowed or perscribed is zoloft.

  15. 15

Except for the fact that she will be evaluated by a shrink first who will decide if she needs them and if may even influence the judge as to how much or how little time she serves in prison.

  16. 16

I've taken Dilaudid at the hospital for migraines. That stuff is ridiculously strong! No one should be given such strong meds for wisdom teeth. This sounds like a leathal cocktail.

  17. 17

This is horse shit! There is no fucking reason why she should be taking Dilaudid. I hope Mario got this wrong (per usual)

  18. 18

The prescription drug companies are EVIL and want everyone ADDICTED LEGALLY and NOT taking vitamins so they can make bank. They don't give a shiz about the addictive nature of their drugs..no wait they LOVE IT BECAUSE THEY SELL MORE! It is what killed Britney Murphy and Anna Nicole and it will kill Lindsay too if she doesn't grow the fu*! up and stop taking them! Lindsay looked like crap at the hearing by the way. Slovenly is the world that comes to mind. THANKS FOR POSTING THIS PEREZ YOU ARE A FORCE FOR GOOD!!!!

  19. 19

Trazodone is not a antidepressant. It is a non-narcotic sleep aid.
Taking Zoloft (antidepressant) and Adderall(ADHD) is not uncommon.
As for Dilaudid, that may be a little excessive for wisdome theeth.

  20. 20

Holy hell. can i get that script? Annnd, the acid reflux is from drinking… should be good now.

  21. 21

UH, Dilaudid is like MAJOR SUPER concentrated MORPHINE (an opiod like HEROIN!) that is used for people dying of CANCER for God's sake!!! We all know that this poor thing is in pain, but not the physical kind that requires a MAJOR analgesic!! Hopefully they'll have some good Docs in Rehab that'll get her off all this EVIL shit…the best we can hope for is METHADONE (Hello COURTNEY!!) She'll unfortunately stll be a JUNKIE for a long time to come yet in after prison/rehab!!!…..

  22. 22

Oh please!! Prison Docs are fully aware of how people abuse their meds! She'd be smart to start weening now as She'll only be able to get meds once a day there.

  23. 23

They need to re-evaluate her before she goes into prison with court appointed docs and have them re-vamp what she is on. I'm sure some are fine to be on but why the fuck is she on that painkiller?

  24. 24

No special treatment my fucking ass. Oh well, the girl will be fucking rich in the pen with those drugs at her disposal at least.

  25. 25

please, if she were in that much pain for her wisdom teeth, she would not be able to speak, or even touch her own face for that matter. i have had wisdom teeth pulled recently and even got a dry socket from it, no way does this b i t c h have it

  26. 26

It is not the prison's system's job to deal with use of legitimate prescription drugs - only if the drugs are obtained illegally. She's rich enough to buy doctors to give her prescriptions.

It is the doctors writing prescriptions for that mess that need to be dealt with. They should be charged with prescribing drugs to an addict.

  27. 27

Re: brinneydb – Trazodone is an anti-depressant that can also be effective against insomnia, and thus is a treatment for people suffering from both depression and sleep disturbances/anxiety. Non-depressed, garden-variety insomniacs just get regular sleeping pills.

  28. 28

I had full-on jaw surgery and was only given the "strong" painkillers for 5 days…there is NO WAY she should still be taking a prescription painkiller of that kind of strength. Can't they order some kind of official review of her health and make sure that she has valid reasons for all of these drugs?

  29. 29

wow how has she no od'd yet?

  30. 30

The dilauded is the the one of REAL concern. WHY would she need such an incredibly powerful medicine??

  31. 31

INSANE. She shouldn't be allowed to take anything of the sort in prison. But because she does, basically, she's gonna be high 24/7 while in jail. Wow. Only she could get away with something like that. Looks like rehab will be the savior. Rehab should be the place that will prevent her from having anything like that. Let's hope, anyway.

  32. 32

    Re: FayeRiffic – I totally agree…

  33. 33

Adderall alone will get her high and happy in the clouds. The Trazodone is used most likely in her case to help her sleep. It is an anti seizure drug as well. I can't figure out why she is granted to take all of these (aside from Nexium/Zoloft *which wouldnt give her a high.*

  34. 34

Lindsay needs her Adderall in jail just like Alexis, "Bling Ring" Neiers does (I wonder if they'll be cellmates?), you don't want these girls to gain weight do you? It's their diet pill of choice. Just like Paris Hilton. Ever notice the thin actress/models/&wannabees all have ADD or ADHD and Adderall is the ONLY prescribed amphetamine that will cause loss of appetite and speed up your metabolism. Adderall = speed! They usually don't allow the dispensing of amphetamines in prisons across the country, but hey, we're talking loser celebs here and we don't want them looking tubby when they do their short layover in jail, do we?

  35. rsvp says – reply to this

Prison is not the place to detox. They can't have her taken off all these meds without proper supervision. Her rehab sentence is when that will/should happen. She's obviously in need of getting these drugs under control or she'll end up like Anna Nicole. I wouldn't be surprised if there will be an investigation into all these prescribed meds later.

  36. 36

OMG!! Oh well, she has to crash sooner or later. maybe rehab will take away the adderal and dilaudid. It truly is an RX speedball. those two are obviously her lifeline right now. but she will have to crash head on sooner or later.

  37. 37

The bigger story - bigger than even MICKEY ROONEY, I mean, Lindsay Lohan - is this increasingly omnipresent PRESCRIPTION drug angle to so many major celeb stories in just the past five or so years. While your local meth or crack dealer may be BAD, these "Hollywood" Dr. Feelgoods, on-retainer vanity doctors and the often shady pharmaceutical companies filling prescriptions on the sly (or with one blind eye) need to be stopped. She shouldn't have to be on some drug "for as long as she can remember" (as Lindsay said about one of her prescriptions). With prescription drug companies earning trillions of dollars annually and their lobbyists being as bad as the tobacco lobbyists in the 1950s, that "legal drug" culture is bringing down America (as best seen in its celebs maybe).

Sure, Lindsay is trouble. But that might also also make her ripe to be the perfect victim to succumb to all these life numbing prescription drugs. All these prescription drugs take their toll on the heart, liver and kidneys. She runs a risk of destroying a heart valve as quickly as she does killing someone via a car accident.

You really wonder why the court system permits use of all these drugs particularly when they see that they have what is an essentially physically healthy young convict standing before them? Does the court even bother to question the doctor/s writing out all the prescriptions (like to ask if they're truly all necessary (and in unlimited refill supplies)?

  38. 38

Re: annapkillsit – You're oozing with stupidity right now. The Nexium is giving when people are on high doses of drugs because of the toxic effects it has on your digestive system.

  39. 39

Elvis was on Dilaudid for years and it was legitimately prescribed to him. We all know how that ended. If the judicial system doesn't have the authority to question the necessity of a person's drug use, then I believe they should be given that authority.

  40. 40

You know what makes me sick? Lindsay fucking Lohan. You wanna know why? Let me count the ways.

She is such a spoiled brat and she deserves everything that is coming to her. First off, her and her lawyer claim she is being treated unfairly. Guess what? If you or I were to get drunk and coked out and go on a high speed chase around our local highway, we would've been locked up IMMEDIATELY. Not for a few hours then released to some BS probation.

It's so sad and pathetic that she has such a bad drug problem that she found some quack doctor to prescribe her legalized Heroin (Dilaudid) for some bogus dental problems. I'd love to challenge anyone who tells me that Dilaudid isn't that powerful of an opiate. How do I know this? I was on Dilaudid (4mg pills and 5mg IV every 2 hours) for a year of my life. I had a severe bone infection, over 35 surgeries, and ultimately an amputation of my right leg below-the-knee. It took me 2 weeks to detox physically from that crap and it was the worst 2 weeks of my life. Guess what? I'm still detoxing mentally. The feeling of that opiate haunts me forever. That girl is walking through her life in the clouds and completely numb.

If she drinks while she is taking Dilaudid, she will die. Her heart WILL stop, that is a fact (and also some wishful thinking).

  41. 41

i'm not defending lilo in any way but listen, you fat turd…if you're gonna talk about the girl at least get it right! first, she's not going to PRISON…she's going to JAIL…there's a big difference between the two….and …if i was in her position and i had dirt bags like you talking shit about me all the time…i'd probably be driven to drugs too…just so i could numb myself from all the irritating shit that comes out of you!!!! the girl DOES have a problem and as a recovering addict i know she needs tough love…but there's tough love and THE BULLSHIT you dish out…

  42. SPB says – reply to this

Dilaudid is a big time opiate! Junkies love them!! No way they gonna let her have this in jail!! Not for wisdom teeth! LOL!! Not even!!

  43. 43

Look pig, Trazadone is a sleeping pill. Not an anti-depressant. And jails do not let u take narcotics in, state law.

  44. 44

I was on dilaudid in the hospital recently because of pancreatitis and almost died even though I was given a normal dose of the medicine. It caused me to stop breathing and I wouldn't be here if my daughter hadn't noticed I was no longer breathing. There is absolutely no reason anyone should be on this medicine unless in severe pain and being costantly monitored.

  45. 45

    Holy fucking hell.
Adderall and Dilaudid are serious drugs and will give her years of trouble (or death) if she isn't able to get off them.
Adderall is speed in pill form, and highly addicting.
Dilaudid is an extreeeemely strong opiate and should only be used after serious surgery. (Hence the term "hospital heroin") And by serious surgery I DON'T mean wisdom teeth.
The mixture of the two is a potentially fatal cocktail. She needs to get off these. Fucked up that some rehabs won't make her.

  46. 46

I'm a pharmacist and I can't believe she's allowed to have Dilaudid! What the hell would she need that for?

  47. 47

WTF? I've suffered from clinical depression for half of my life and would never be prescribed more then one kind at a time. Her doctors need investigating.

If she's allowed to continue popping pills in prison she won't learn anything.

  48. 48

The pain med Dilaudid IS a powerful narcotic pain medication & it can lead 2 HORRIBLE depression, anxiety, acid reflux, among MANY other things. I took this last year 4 the mind-numbing pain from cervical cancer & endometriosis. It's POISON! This FRUSTRATES me! Ppl who really need pain meds r given the 3rd degree & treated like drug seekers bc ppl like her! Zoloft isn't the best antidepressant. It often reacts w/ the most simple OTC meds. It's prly causing her more problems than helping her. Trazadone is an ANTI-ANXIETY, not anti-depressant. It's an old 1 that not many ppl use bc it 2 reacts badly w/ a lot of newer meds. This is prly causing MORE anxiety actually. Last BUT certainly not least, Adderall? R they f***ing dumb? This is most likely causing ALL of or MOST of her paranoia, depression, anxiety, bizzare behavior, agression, on and on it goes. This cocktail is going 2 lead 2 her death! The side effects alone will make her suicidal. I'm sure she already is and has been for a LONG time! Grow up Lindsay. There are MANY people who are actually suffering in this world and have little to NO help. You have all the help in the world at your fingertips and you don't even want it. Take out the trash in your life and get on with it. Jail, rehab, Antarctica, wherever you need to be, GET HELP NOW!

  49. 49

Great may be one day she may take too many then we will see Michael Lohan on TV trying to sue her doctor's like Michael Jackson dad is doing. Both dads are losers. Lohan is just waiting for his opportunity.
Lilo doctor better wake up and get away from Lilo.

  50. 50

y'almost get the impression that doctors like to kill off the rich and famous in los angeles with what they are prescribing them. lindsay is too young to be on all those meds. she's 24 and looks like hell. no doubt she's got acid reflux with her daily cocktail combos.
She can't keep blaming the world for her problems, proactive LOHAN!!!
    .. dumb dumb girl.

  51. 51

"hydromorphone (Dilaudid) is approximately 14 times stronger than morphine"

Holy shit! Any doctor that would prescribe that after a wisdom teeth surgery should have his/ her license revoked. Unless her fucking jaw fell off there is no way she would ever need anything that strong.

Did we not learn anything from what just happened to Michael Jackson? Lindsay is so much younger than him and yet people are still allowing her to be murdered- and she'll let herself be murdered because it feels good.

This whole thing makes me sick. When she dies, and she will sooner than later if her drug habit continues, the blame will fall heavily on her enabling parents and on the crooks that call themselves doctors who are allowing for this to happen.

  52. 52

Dilaudid? Wow. She may have a reasonable need for the other 'meds', but I'd love to hear the doc's justification for prescribing that. To put it in some perspective, Dilaudid is stronger than an 80mg Oxycontin, which is the highest dose they make. And, they are typically injected, not ingested.

  53. 53

I'm a nurse and Trazadone IS an antidepressant (tricyclic antidepressant). It is often prescribed for insomnia and/or depression. I've never seen Dilauded prescribed outside of a hospital or SNF setting. Alcholol with any of these drugs is a disaster waiting to happen!

  54. 54

THE FACTS: Judging from her meds, unless her psychiatrist is a complete quack, LiLo has Bi-Polar Despression. It's a mood disorder which frankly, fits her actions and attitude quite accurately. Zoloft is used to treat the entire mood disorder. Adderall is also usually prescribed regarding this condition when the patient is going through the low points (depressive) periods of the bi-polar cycle. While Trazadone is generally simply a sleep aid, it can also be of use when she is in manic mode where most patients have difficulty sleeping. She should not be allowed to have Dilaudid, as she already has quite a list of meds. Besides, when I got my wisdom teeth removed all I was prescribed was uber-strength tylenol. The most plausible reason for her need to have an acid reflux medication like Nexium is b/c she's on so many meds and drinks on top of it all.

  55. 55

A lot of people on here have no idea what they're talking about. Trazodone is an anti-depressant. One of its side effects is that it makes you sleepy and that is a very common side effect, so it is often prescribed as a sleep aid. I was on Trazodone because I didn't tolerate the usual sleep medicines very well (Went for a walk in my sleep when I was taking Ambien). I never became addicted and even though I took it for several months, I quit it without any withdrawal symptoms. Maybe that's just me, but I figure that's probably a sign that it is not "highly addictive."

  56. 56

Everyone who's taking this shit is seriously fucked up in the head! And who gives it to them? I mean, what kind of doctors do you have in the US????? They don't heal you, they kill you! This has got to stop!

  57. 57

How much did she pay her oral surgeon to give her a prescription for Dilaudid?!? Anyone who has had their wisdom teeth out knows the pain only lasts for a day or two, and you're either given a light prescription pain killer, or instructed to take over the counter ones! Unless the surgery was a few days ago, there's no reason for her to be on it. Next thing you know, she'll have a medical marijuana prescription, claiming she has cataracts!! This is appalling. Also, who needs two types of anti-depressants?
I realise that if they're prescribed by a doctor, they have to let her take them in jail, but this seems like special treatment, once again.

  58. 58

Re: malkovich – U are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! I too have had horrible pain from cancer and endometriosis…mindnumbing, want to DIE PAIN! When I requested that I be TAKEN OFF Dilaudid, my then quack of a doctor didn't have a f***ing clue what to do for me! That's when I said buh bye & found someone who knew what the Hell pain medication is about. I've said this a million times & I'll continue to say it until the day I die, Dilaudid has it's use in the medical world but that s h i t is legalized POISON to a person's body. It took me about 3 weeks just to come down from the dosage I was on: 8mg every 4 hours! The highest dose u can get. I'm so sorry u had to go thru that!

  59. @v@ says – reply to this

Why is someone her age taking anything at all? These will cause more physical problems altogether than they're solving, and if she doesn't actually HAVE any physical problems, then they're being taken for the sake of it. You only get one liver and set of kidneys, kiddies, and never mind the other stresses Rx's cause.

  60. @v@ says – reply to this

If I prescribed her anything, it would be a giant ice pack for that upper lip. Yikes.

  61. 61

Hey, sorry guys but Trazadone IS an antidepressant. An old one, which has an unlabeled use as a sleep aid. Of course the Zoloft is for depression, which I'm surprised she has. If I had everything going on the way she has for the last several yrs, I'd be depressed also.
The Adderal is prescribed for ADHD/ADD. The psychologist who will be evaluating her prior to the 20th will determine more than likely whether she has been diagnosed correctly or not. If not him, the docs and nurses at the jail will determine need.

  62. 62

As for the Dilaudid, that is NOT normally prescribed after ANY dental treatment. Most people walk out with one small dose (maybe 3-5 days worth) of the several diff meds used following extractions: Darvocet, Vicodin 5/325 (sometimes 10/500), and sometimes Percocet. Dilaudid is 10x stronger than morphine is easy to become habit forming. Her extractions were over a mth ago I believe, or at least a mth, and even if dry socket occurred there should be no further need for the Dilaudid.
This is a bad combo and combined with etoh, potentially deadly. Trazadone is a good sleep aid for lots of people and is non habit forming unlike other prescription sleep aids. For the ADHD, if the diagnosis is correct, could potentially be treated with Strattera (sorry, can't remember the spelling). Its an ADHD med that contains no stimulants but is effective in the treatment of ADHD/ADD. I can see no reason for a young, healthy girl who exhibits no symptoms of chronic pain that would allow for the use of Dilaudid. If she were in that much pain, she wouldn't WANT to nor be able to go out partying every night to all hrs.
Just fyi: just trying to correct a few things I saw commented. Not trying to be a smart ass , but I'm an RN and actually worked as a Dental Assistant in Oral Surgery for 7 yrs prior to becoming a nurse. (o:

  63. 63

Cont. Having said that, I don't think anyone should take a medical "professional's" WORD 4 it! Just in CA alone there r multiple cases of malpractice where phycisians r drug addicts themselves. I agree w/ the fact that she should NEVER have been given Dilaudid in the 1st place. As 4 the Adderal, yes it’s SUPPOSED 2 be used 4 ADD/ADHD BUT, we all know it’s speed-like effects r used 4 dieting purposes & LL doesn‘t have ADD nor ADHD! What do think was GIVEN 2 Judy Garland all those years?? This is a CLASSIC example of what having money can do, in a negative way. I WISH I had the money she has! We ALL could use it w/the cost of sub-par healthcare & prescriptions in this country! Dumb girl indeed! Btw just bc a person doesn't become "addicted" 2 or have bad w/drawals from a med doesn't mean others do not!

  64. 64

When I had my wisdom teeth pulled, all four of which were severely compacted and required me to be under general anesthesia, I got a week of Tylenol with codeine, that's it.

The pain medication she's on (still, months later) is something more akin to if you got yourself into a severe debilitating accident that required months of rehab and surgery.

BUT SHE NEEDS HER PILLZ. SHE'S LIKE, 'IDK, MY BFF PILLZ'. She's not just an alchy, that's for sure.

  65. 65

How irresponsible can you be Perez?! I'm an 18 year old with a chronic, painful genetic syndrome which has numerous side effects for which I'm prescribed Adderall, Dilaudid, and Trazodone. Obviously I'm a better candidate for "needing" these meds than Lindsay, but to label her combination of medications "toxic" when you have no medical training is wrong. When you posted this, I got calls from friends asking if I were "abusing my drugs like Lindsay" or if I knew my medications were deadly - think once in a while before you post, Perez - it's one thing to attack a celebrity's looks, but when you drag medical conditions into the mud you can hurt "regular" people like me. P.S. - This combination? Totally not unheard of. Zoloft & Trazodone are often paired, as are many antidepressants, Nexium isn't a "get-high drug," Adderall, even if she doesn't need it, won't do much more than keep her wired and not hungry, and Dilaudid? Dilaudid is an opiate which is very strong when shot up/put in an IV, but orally, not that intense. It's a good option for people who get sick or high from other opiates. Do some research next time.

  66. 66

So, you're a doctor now and able to prescribe meds without even examining the person? Nothing like good old self-righteous indignation to make oneself feel all superior, is there Pig Face. You're a toxic, judgmental blowhard with few redeeming virtues of your own.

  67. 67

I hate when they use the term "going to prison" LiLo is not going to prison, just like Paris never went to prison. There is a HUGE difference between jail and prison. Lindsay is going to jail.

Jail = anything less that 1 year and less security
Prison = anything more than 1 year and more security.

  68. 68

What is the point of her going to jail and getting help if they are allowing her to do the same thing she is doing every day!

  69. 69

I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled in one visit to the dentist. He gave me Tylenol 3 and I think I took a couple of them. Why would she need such strong prescriptions for wisdom teeth? Who is her dentist?

  70. 70

    Re: x-koolazzmom-x

    Thank you :)

  71. 71

Yes, but she is taking dilaudid which is almost as strong as morphine. Adderall is for ADHD. If she isn't ADHD, that medication could be almost a substitute for cocaine. I know she isn't taking that for ADHD. If she's on dilaudid, she will need the Adderall just to stay awake. It must be nice to be a celebrity and serve your jail time high as a kite.

  72. 72

Well duh, didn't anyone find the timing of her 'wisdom tooth extraction' was strange? She's ordered for drug testing and then like the next day she has a prescription for a commonly abused opiate to deliver to the testing facility so she's allowed to have it in her system. I bet she didn't even have surgery, just paid some Hollywood doctor off. Nothing surprises me these days.

    Re: brinneydb

To correct you. Trazadone is not JUST a sleeping pill. This is what it is mostly prescribed for now, but no Doctor that I know of would prescribe both Trazadone and Ambein .

Trazadone was originally used as an antidepressant . It has also been used for Alcohol Withdrawal

Is it just me or does everyone in Hollywood seem to have ADHD?

  77. 77

Damn she's on a lot of pills.

  78. 78

maybe giant lips are a side effect of taking all these meds

  79. 79

That girl needs to get off all drugs for 60 days so the judge can see her real personality. I do not understand why she is allowing others to control her life by drugging her.

  80. 80

Trazodone is usually prescribed as a sleep-aid - it doesn't work well as an anti-depressant. Adderall is for ADD, OK. But Dilaudids??? Are they kidding? You don't give an addict (or anyone who isn't having a hip replacement!) Dilaudids!!! At least Lindsay will be able to trade them for smokes while in jail. Even for wisdom teeth, you don't give Dilaudids. I can't get over that this one is on her med list.

  81. 81

Isn't Adderall used by children and not adults? In adults is gives the opposite effect and makes them high?

  82. 82

Sounds like the only thing she isn't going to have allowed is "turn down bed service from a maid"
Seems celebrities have more rights & privledges than the rest of us.
What a crock & joke the Ca criminal system is when it comes to skanks like her.

  83. 83

Dilaudid is a SERIOUS pain killer. I've had four serious knee surgeries and I was never on any of that stuff no matter how terrible the pain is! That is for SERIOUS CONDITIONS only. Either this story is bogus or the judge and/or the jail she's housed at isn't doing their job!

  84. 84

Why would one need Adderall (prescribed for ADD & ADHD) in jail? Will she have trouble focusing on performing kitchen duty? Serious question. That, and Dilaudid? Isn't there some law that prevents a doctor to prescribe such a heavy painkiller for a certain amount of time? And for such a minor surgery? … And if a doctor is aware of her other meds, and/or rehab history - shouldn't they limit, if not stop supplying certain heavy meds to her?

  85. 85

I take trazodone as a sleep aid. And feel_the_darkness is wrong, it IS an anti-depressant, but it's massively drowsy, and that's probably what Lindsay is on to combat the adderall since mixing adderall and a sleep aid (like ambien) can be fatal. but true, WAY to many drugs, especially for a jail sentence. surprised they are letting her take them in there, unless they are supervising every time she takes a pill– they better make sure that she doesnt pretend to take them but sell to other inmates!!

  86. 86

NIMRODS! Trazodone is an anti-depressant with hypnotic properties just as Benadryl is an anti-histamine with hypnotic properties….get the picture? For those of you who don't quite understand hypnotic: can induce sleep.

  87. 87

I say a higher court need to look into allowing even half the meds she is on. If she gets these pills in jail then this will surely tart something nationwide. Thank you Lindsay for that. I for one will make a formal complaint to the Governor's office, city council, mayor etc. I strongly believe that a higher court needs to check on the before mentioned at a state and federal level.

  88. 88

why dont they just give a fucking gun to blow her own brains out? what the fuck is wrong with this system!?

  89. 89

Despite the acid reflux and maybe ONE kind of anti-depressant. why the HELL does a 24 year old girl need all those prescription meds?????? For wisdom teeth? honestly? All I got was tylenol 3 and alot of popsicles. yeesh.
