Hell No! LiLo Won't Go To Jail, She Says!
Lindsay Lohan is stomping putting her foot down! She doesn't want to go to jail…so she won't!

One source is insisting that during Lindsay's low-key get together last night, LiLo allegedly proclaimed "I'm not going to jail!" and announced that she has every intention of appealing the case.
No surprise there. Also, not going to be a surprise when it DOESN'T WORK!!
If you're asking yourself how she could appeal, here's the only thing that Lilo's got. She and her NEW lawyer, Tiffany Feder-Cohen, could argue that Judge Marsha Revel "abused her discretion" when slapping LiLo with a 90-day sentence.
But the chances of that working are about as high as Lindsay winning an overdue Oscar for Labor Pains!
We would spend less time trying to get out of going to jail and more time contemplating all uses of the phrase, "dropping the soap!"

Funny because in most states, with 3 DUI'S it's a felony, fines and 3 years of jail. So Lindsay's at 2 DUI's, plus drug posession, plus probation violations and plus missing classes= The judge was more than fair. Crazy how she thinks she's fine. I hate to say it, and I DO want her to get better, but I believe she is a lost cause. Besides being a big Disney Star/Mean Girls, Lohan shouldn't really be famous in the first place. Without paparazzi following her because of her club situations, she wouldn't be famous. It's like the girl needs drugs to stay in the public eye/make money. Hopeless. She sees nothing wrong with her, so she will have a difficult time changing. And a lawyer just graduating from the bar isn't going to do much.

The reality is if Lindsay and her parents would shut the hell up and accept the fact she fucked up royally, she will probably only have to do two weeks at the MOST. Hell, if she had just turned herself in at the end of the trial, she would be almost a quarter of the way done! Instead, she and her parents are out there stirring up MORE crap. Ok, seriously it's 90 days in jail, which I am sure she will get out in a couple weeks. Secondly it's another 90 days in REHAB which she clearly needs. And thirdly, if any of "normal" people had these issues, the judge would never be this nice to any of us "normies". Get real, lindsey do the damn time and get over it.
