Shut It, LiLo's Lawyer!

While Lindsay's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, showed up to court on Wednesday for an issue not related to the wacktress, she blamed the jail sentence on everyone else.

Who knew that her and her client had so much in common?!

"All we want is for Lindsay to be treated like everyone else and that hasn't happened so far," said Holley.

Lindsay has spent her entire life screaming and freaking out if she WAS treated like everybody else. She has always wanted to be treated differently…NOW suddenly she is complaining about not being treated like everybody else? Ok Fine,

If Lindsay wants to be treated like an average junkie with multiple arrest who violates their probation, fine, let her be treated that way.

Give her the same treatment that a 24 year old black man in the same situation would get. She'll end up with a year of jail time and a felony record.

She hasn't been treated fairly because the dumb bitch should be in jail for 6 months and rehab for a year… but we all know she'll be in there an hour before she gets let out… hopefully she'll never get another acting job and leave the limelight because she SUCKS…

If Lindsay wanted treated like everyone else then she should have acted like everyone else and Complied with her Probation Requirements. So, what's happening to her is what would happen to everyone else if they decided not to comply with their Probation Requirements. What's next with the fuck-up? We will find out that she didn't pay her taxes for like 6 years because she had to film a movie, design leggings and create a fake-tan spray? Then she'll moan about how she can't believe the IRS is being so mean to her!

Um, if she were treated like everyone else, she would have been charged with DUI, kidnapping, carjacking, criminal mischief, drug possession, auto theft, resisting arrest, and probably 23 other charges for her little stunt with the guy's car. She would have gone directly to jail - none of this probation or "alcohol education" class crap.

Yes its wrong to drive under the influance. She brought this own herself. Dont feel sorry for her at all. But lets just hope that after this she will take her life seriously. I think we should support her instead of saying bad things about her. She obviously has an addication probleme. Shes still young, nobodys perfect. Its emberassing how the public can see her trial like its some kind of entertainment. What kind of court system is that? Whats he respect for Integrity?I just hope that something good will come out of the bad.

That is true, she isn't getting treating like everyone else. If she were treated like everyone else she'd get at least a year for each offense, probably more and not a measly 90 days!!
