Besides the obvious; which is, she didn't write any of this herself since she can't string two words together to save her life; how does her slap on the wrist sentence (that she'll probably serve all of 20 days orless of) fall under any of those things?? She has had more "get out of jail free" cards given to her than just about any other celeb today, and yet she still cries over having to be treated like "a normal person". She has not been an actual celebrity since she was a kid, so she needs a 'wake up' kick in the head like no other. I hope she's forced to serve the whole thing like any regular person would.

These rants absolutely disgust me. Even now, Lohan is still getting off easy. Under California law, after her first DUI, she could've spent up to six months in jail. Then, after her second DUI (which was a mere 3 months later), CA law states that there is 90-120 days MANDATORY jail time, with it being extended up to one year at the judge's discretion. I can assure her that if she was in most of the rest of the world outside her little Beverly Hills bubble, getting a second DUI 3 months after the first one would have most certainly resulted in them sentencing her to the maximum year and jail. And, unlike the Beverly Hills areas policy on early release, she would've been serving every day of it. Thus, when she starts erratically spattering how she was unfairly treated and is being subjected to cruel and unusual punishment, it makes me pray to God that the next time she goes on one of her cocaine-filled drinking binges, she gets pulled over by a Trooper somewhere in the rest of the world and she's forced to actually pay for her crimes from the start.

Anyone saying her jail sentence is unfair is forgetting that her probation was already extended once last year because of her failure to properly attend her dui classes as ordered. The judge could have thrown her into jail then, but acted fair and appropriately by extending her probation, which is what would have happened to most people. She was also AN HOUR AND A HALF late for that hearing and received nothing for that. This is not her first violation. The sentence is extremely fair, and could have been worse. The rehab, however, is not. There is no basis for ordering that. She hasn't been caught with anymore illegal drugs and hasn't had any other alcohol related crimes. It's easy to sit around and speculate about how messed up she is, but the fact of the matter is she really hasn't done anything recently to warrant a 90 day rehab stay. At least nothing that can be proven.
I can't wait for the 20th. I have a feeling that something weird is going too happen.
