Damn! Next time you go to dinner, invite us along bb!

Ryan Seacrest attended a super-fancy dinner Thursday night in Sardinia with his lady Julianne Hough and dozen or so "business" friends.

They enjoyed a $50,000 meal at the Billionaire Club, which Ryan paid for in full, and then left a $10k tip for the wait staff!

Nice!

Are U aroused by his wealth, Julianne? Cause we sure as hell are!

Hmmmmm??? Wonder how much $$$ is he paying for his "BEARD"???

  3. 3

thats ridiculous! no one should spend that much money on dinner!

  4. 4

    Now that's just sHOwing off!

  5. 5

….he better have invested well….the Idol train is coming to an end…..hence, everything else….

  6. 6

Offensive..with the hardships that people face, it's offensive to spend anywhere near that much money on a meal. Why doesn't he give 50 grand to a soup kitchen?
I hope this is misinformation..for his sake because it makes him look like an ass!

  7. 7

    l love that he tipped!!!!!

  8. 8

You might want to change that a bit. It was $41,000 or so plus the $10,000 tip, so about $51,000 total. You have it saying up there that it was that before the tip. Either way, I'd like to have that much fucking money to blow! That's actually rather ridiculous.

  9. 9

When you copy another site, please copy correctly: the check came out at a little over 41 K and he added 10K in tip. And you know very well this is a business diner, totally deductible when income tax comes around.

  10. 10

Ew. I get the same gut feeling reading this as I do when hearing about another Earthquake or birds covered in oil in the Mexico gulf. That is wrong. Spending that money on a meal… Its just… not right with the way the world is. Hope it tasted nice…

  11. 11

    *

    God….

    *

….what an utter waste on money.

    *

    Ridiculously self-indulgent.

  12. 12

$50,000! DAYUM. Too much for food! :O

  13. 13

What an idiot. He could feed like 41,000 african people with that money. Gross.

  14. 14

he earns it so he should choose how to spend it!

we are no one to judge, we work and we do what we feel it's best

stop being so effing judgemental and see into your lives how much do you contribute to make this world better???

  15. 15

    wa wa

  16. 16

I think its offensive that he would spend that much for a dinner! I am sure Julianne Hough was impressed because that is the only reason why she is dating him! She has set her sights on his $$$

  17. 17

What a disgusting display of excess and waste. Kind of like Ryan Seacrest in general.

  18. 18

what is she all of 20 years old ??? that is what I call living the life … good for her

  19. 19

I am surprised/sorry he fell for her, she is a known gold digger.

  20. 20

    Re: curiousred
Yes because 41,000 still is a waste of money. Stfu clown.

  21. 21

exactly wtf did they have for $41,000??? I've heard of $1,000 "specialty" hamburgers, but for that kind of money, everything they ate must've been a la carte.

    wasteful idiots…

  22. 22

you all assume he doesn't give money to charitable organizations, but how do you know? maybe he does maybe he doesn't, but its not fair to ASSUME he doesn't just because it's not advertised like angelina jolie's publicity, ahem, charity stunts. self indulgent, yes! but, he's earned his money. don't criticize him for spending HIS money the way HE wants to.

    p.s. i swear i don't have a beard or perfectly frosted tips.

  23. 23

    24

listen bitches, in Sardinia you DO NOT TIP like in USA service is included. I will bash this queen any chance I get but he gets a pass on this tip bullshit. Yes Julianne is just his beard, he really wants Dereck FO-SHIZLE!!!!

  25. 25

at least he left a nice tip

    good onya ryan

  26. 26

And to think he was nothing but a few years ago….

  27. 27

GRRRRRRRRR….. why would he spend that much money for a meal!!

50,000$ could of fed alot of starving people in his Country. What a shame!

Ryan Seacrest YOUR A BIG SHAME!!

  28. 28

A ten thousand dollar tip?!?! Wow I would love to have ten thousand dollars to buy a car in order to drive myself to my job everyday. Oh well, he did work hard to achieve that kind of wealth.

  29. 29

    Re: cripbabe111 – AGREEEEEEEE!

  30. 30

Re: annie m – Yes, but can you imagine what that kind of money could have been good for besides a meal? They no doubt wasted most of it cause Ryan is a picky eater.

  31. 31

Julianne seems to be a great pick, since she knows the drill when it comes to gay guys pretending to be straight!

  32. 32

Good for him - a celebrity who tips 20% for dinner - like a normal person should. Like him even more now!

  33. 33

    stunt much?

  34. ass says – reply to this

    34

WOW! No comments about him being gay Perez?

  35. 35

……. Well he makes like $62 Mil a season of American Idol. That doesn't include is Radio station, and other shows on the E! Network. He also is Executive Producer for like 1/2 the reality shows on the E! Network……

  36. 36

He seems like a pretty nice person. Glad he left such a generous tip……but, a meal that expensive seems very wrong when there are plenty of folks who can barely afford food. Sad.

  37. 37

I see nothing wrong with this. He works very hard for his money. With idol, radio and owning 8 restraunts. If I had the money he had I would do the same. And who is to say he doesn't give money to charity? I would bet he does. Just because people are irresponsible with their money and go into debt doesn't give anyone the right to bash someone with money. I think it was very nice of him to pay for everyones meal.

  38. 38

that is a ridiculous amount to spend on dinner. at least he was a generous tipper.

  39. @v@ says – reply to this

    39

That would be $3600.00 a head, with 14 people, so I hope it was good, and the wine VEEEERY old, the magnums of champagne VERY expensive, and the caviar the very finest…

  40. 40

woah. I wonder what they ate

  41. 41

he couldve bought more than enough of the mosquito nets he was getting donations on!

im sure the restaurant saw him playing footsie with some guy at dinner so he had no choice but to leave that tip

  42. 42

    Rich getting Richer.

  43. 43

Wow that better be the best food on earth!

  44. 44

$50000? more than many people earn a year, all on food! wow, wonder what they ate? diamond encrusted hamburgers?

  45. 45

    well 10k is 20% of 50,000 sooooo…..

  46. 46

Look at it this way. If this is a business meeting he writes it off. And with that 10,000 tip to the wait staff hey that's more then some of them get all year!
So it's all good for everyone. I just hope they enjoyed the meal and had doggie bags because I sure would be taking leftovers home.

living life? as if, she's a beard.
    -
Idol is ending and Seacrest, lacking any talent or charisma, will be flipping burgers soon. However, there are a lot of leeches who have hooked themsleves to this fruitfly and rely on him for their livelihoods and somehow have deluded themselves enough to think that if they try (and fail) to cover up his glaringly obvious homosexuality and lack of personality he will continue to have a career. His "dating" Hough (a quasi stripper with no talent other than AVERAGE dancing skills) is just this.

Re: Paris France – From what I understand, business meals are only 50% deductible, and the IRS has an approved per diem–the standard meal allowance, and Rates and charts outlining same. This big tab will mostly not be deductible unless there's some loophole, without reading the whole Publication 463 on the IRS website.

  49. 49

That makes me angry, especially when I run across the boy or girl scouts infront of a supermarket. Why do the rich people do more charity so that these scouts do not have to bother us when we shop for gorcery with out small budget on food? Why do people assume that Ryan secretly gay Seacrest does charity or work hard. He was just lucky enough that Donkleman was fired not him after the first season of AI. Not many of these people in Hollywood work hard, they just got lucky while they sleep around.

  50. 50

Re: Pastry Chef – I totally agree. I was just laid off 9 days ago. I don't know how I'm going to pay rent or buy food for my son. He spent more than I made in a year on dinner? It just seems wrong.

  51. 51

Go ahead eat, karma is a bitch. Secrest, one day you will wake up and find out you have become just as fat or fatter than when you were little, no one will love your little Ryan. Then you will have to spend your mony on man whores.

  52. 52

Re: @v@ – This is not meal allowance or per-dim entertainment. This is business expense as for an event that he holds.

  53. 53

I hope all the people complaining here contribute generously (as generally as they can) to charity, you may not have 40k to waste, but every little bit helps, so unless you do all you can to help others please STFU

….. and just to make it clear, I do, and i still don't criticize him, it's his money, everyone does what they want with their own earned money

  54. 54

Re: Pastry Chef – Agreed. I hope this isn't true

  55. 55

You are about 2 days late with the news.

Re: kkimbo – I'm sure the IRS allows $3,600.00 per plate. As if.
It wouldn't surprise me in the least these days.

  58. 58

Sounds like a pretty cheap "PUBLICITY" bill to furthur attempt to sell his "Look at me, im a heterosexual, really I am" look.
