What a trooper!

Jon Bon Jovi injured his calf during a concert at the New Meadowlands Stadium in New Jersey, but that didn't stop him from performing his classic hit Livin' on a Prayer!

Watch the clip (above) as he limps around on stage…but still brings the house down!

    NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

People still pay money to hear this 90 year old and his two mediocre hits? Living on a prayer, my god it`s like hearing Old McDonal had a farm it`s been so overplayed. This is what my brother calls a rubber band. One hit and they stretch it out all the way to the breaking point for the next 60 years.

Just wondering if you have been on another planet this week. You tend to post news that is 2 or 3 days old alot this week. For the posters here that say Bon Jovi is the greatest band, you really need to listen to other music, Bon sucks big time.

I love how they have maintained there career and don't strike me as impulsive, reckless drug-taking rockstars. They've kept their shit going with respect for themselves, their famiies and their fans! Gotta respect them for that.

  28. 28

I was there it was a great concert. They're timeless they Rock.

  29. 29

A fox and a pro. Love him!

man he is the greatest…i pulled a calf muscle once and it is painful…can't believe he finished the song..you can see in his face that he was really hurting..the guy is awesome and their concerts rock…too bad all you idiots that downgrade him are so stinkin jealous……what have YOU done with your miserable pathetic lives……would anyone even pay a nickel to see you????

  32. 32

Bon Jovi is AMAZING. My first childhood memory is blasting Livin' on a Prayer in my dad's truck with my siblings and myself all rocking out to this song. My first concert was Bon Jovi when I was 9 years old. He was amazing, the whole band was. THIS is true, effortless talent, which is hard to find in Hollywood now. GO BON JOVI ! :)

  33. 33

He is the man!! And still hot after all these years!!

  34. 34

Well done Jon!! True pro…hope your leg gets better soon.

  35. 35

I was hoping I would be wrong in thinking there would be haters on here with this post, but I was right…you get the usual crap…they're old, they're music is rubbish, how come they are still going, blah, blah, blah…
    1. Yes they are older than when they first started 25 YEARS AGO.
    2. There music is not rubbish otherwise they wouldn't have lasted 25 YEARS.
    3. Yes they are still going coz they music is amazing.

@ Tube Steak: Yeah Robert Smith may write new material but when was the last time you heard The Cure mentioned…ya know actually still being relevant?? Plus…uh…Hello…Are you paying attention?? The reason they have been touring is for they're latest album with NEW MATERIAL…Duh!!!!

Re: xcalibur – Yeah athletes get injuries like this all the time, but they expect things like this to happen as part of their "job". However, musicians don't, what did you want him to do? Walk on it properly causing himself more pain, just to prove himself to ppl like you???
Plus, his limp probably did get worse as time went on coz instead of resting it, he carried on like the true pro that he is, whereas your precious athletes would've been taken off on a stretcher with a little ice pack on to make their boo boo better…

  37. 37

injured his calf? WTF? But at least his artificial hips are ok!

  38. 38
