I'm sure before the explosion she pushed him over the edge knowing he would get this angry and then at her convenience recording it at just the right time. I feel bad for him and that baby.     I am soo proud of her for recording his threats, and protecting herself & her baby, he doesnt even see that the way he treats the mother affects the daughter, the fear the little baby must have been in, in a mothers arms being hit, that is soo sad..i am soo shaken up from listening to this tape, i always liked him as an actor, i didnt respect the way he treated the police a few years back and calling the female cop sugar-t*ts etc, but this is unforgivable, he is unbalanced, he needs medication and therapy. Major delusions of grandeur which happens to these actors sometimes being worshiped for movies, they get confused and believe the roles were their real lives..i am sick to my stomach, I despise Mel Gibson, I hope he goes to jail, and I hope an inmate treats him the exact way he treated his baby-momma– he said 'you should just smile and bl*w me' wowwwwwwwww–he will get his– racial comments he made..he s gonna do real well in jail, mark my words, hes going there in the end.     THIS TAPE WAS DONE 11 DAYS AGO ONLY, AFTER SHE HAD PUT A RESTRAINING ORDER ON HIM AND HE DONT KNOW WHY, THATS WHY HE IS SO MAD.

    LISTEN AT THE END HE TALK OF THE RESTRAINING ORDER. AND ASK WHY SHE PUT ON HIM.

    AT THE BEGINIGN AT 1:37 HE SAID THAT SHE FUCKED HIS DAD.
    AND MOST OF THE TIME SHE TRY TO COVER HIS VOICE WHEN HE GIVES INFORMATIONS SHE DONT WANT US TO HEAR ABOUT WHAT SHE DID.

    AND SHE SAY SHE FEED THE BABY EVERY 2 HRS, TRUE IN JANUARY BUT NOT TRUE NOW, WHEN THAT CALL WAS RECORDED, FOR ABOUT 12 DAYS AGO…. THE BABY IS 8 MONTHS OLD.
    SHE SAY THIS BECAUSE SHE WAS PLANING TO PLANT THAT TAPE AS IF IT WAS MADE IN JANUARY.

    MEÆL DONT EVEN LISTEN TO WHAT SHE IS SAYING WHEN SHE TALK OF BEING BEATEN BY HIM, HE IS TLAKIGN HIMSELF, THEN HE DONT GET AT ALL WHAT SHE IS TLAKIGN BAOUT, AND THINK SHE IS MAD AT WHAT HE JUST SAID OT HER. MAYBE GLADS THAT SHE IS MAD AT LAST AND NOT SO ICE COLD NEUTRAL. SHE SOUNDS LIKE IF SHE WAS READING THE WHOLE THING FORM A SCRIPT SHE HAS ON PAPER, PREPARED IN FRONT OF HER., SHE SET HIM UP.
    THIS TAPE WANT TO INDUCE THINGS WHO DO NOT EXIST.

    BEFORE THEN, WHEN WE READ ABOUT THAT RESTRAINING ORDER, SHE HAD ABSOLUTLY NOTHING ON HIM THAT COULD JUSTIFY THAT DECISION.
    THIS IS A FAKE AND I HOPE SHE WILL GO TO JAIL.

    I've been in some VERY bad relationships where there was both verbal and physical abuse. Although this may sound crazy, even in those bad situations I have never been called any of the names that Mel has called this woman.     I don't think so it is legal to record a conversation without telling the other person they are being recorded.

    She may be in big trouble too… unless can to help it use her to get a civil protection order against him. If she can get that it will help her divorce out. But just using it in divorce court I was told a few years ago it can't be used in court unless the other person is aware. But with protection orders it can be because that's for safety reasons.
