We're shocked how nice the production quality looks, and we'll watch anything with Jin from Lost in it, but we can't help but still be on the fence about this one!

It looks like fun - but I'm afraid to watch it - I might like it and then it'll be cancelled after 8 episodes - that's all they do now - get you hooked and CANCEL
I've seen the pilot and the production quality is really good, they have definitely put money into it. I was a nonbeliever at first, but I think it's going to be fantastic
OMG I USED TO WATCH THIS SHOW WHEN I WAS A YOUNG GIRL I LOVED THE SHOW. I WILL FOR SURE WATCH THE MOVIE AND I LOVE THE MUSIC. THIS MOVIE LOOKS A LIKE IT WAS CHEAPLY MADE BUT IT'S WORTH LOOKING AT THE SCENERY OF HAWAII & LISTENING TO THE MUSIC. I LOVED THE REMAKE OF MIAMI VICE & THIS HAWAII FIVE-O COULD HAVE BEEN MADE BETTER.
It's a good thing they use the theme song, the phrase 'book him, Dan-o,' and call the top cop McGarrett, or else I would wonder why they call this thing 'Hawaii 5-0.'
Looks ridiculous to me. I'm getting tired of funny, quirky wacky cops, hit men and super-spies on TV and in the movies. It's a genre that is quickly killing itself off. I like a little mystery in a mystery.
As someone old enough to have watched '5-0' when it was a brand new series, I can say that - as unintentially campy as the original seemed to be - it was light years better than the little clip I just saw. Granted that was just three minutes, but at least the first one played itself seriously. This one is all forced artifically 'hip' humor.
I think it will go the way of the Ed O'Neill 'Dragnet' remake of a few years back. Ah, you don't remember that one?
Why bother using a title for a show that bears absolutely no resemblance to the original?
