Peter Jackson Meets With Actors For The Hobbit

This is a good sign!
Although The Hobbit hasn't officially been greenlighted, director Peter Jackson took some meetings this week in El Lay with the actors and he will also stop in New York and the UK for the casting trip.
Rumor has it that Jackson's deal with Warner Bros. to direct The Hobbit is almost done, but apparently it's the shitty financial situation at MGM that's holding everything up.
We hope they sort everything out soon — we want to see this movie!

….this movie is getting to be a drag already…just kill it…put it out of its' misery…
he is very handsome
Hopefully this time he will stay away from the goofy looking daughters of 60 year old rock stars who still act like they are 13 and also cast actors in the lead who can actually act. "OH SAAAAAAM" Seriously, I read all the LOR books years before that movie came out, and that movie(s) was just one huge epic FAIL. The whole appeal of the books was the characters and this idiot just cast it in the worst possible way. Probably the only one he got right was Christopher Lee and that`s it. I mean the book is extremely detailed in the characters, down to the last atom, so why did he ignore it? Peter should watch the movie Pale Rider, and examine the scene with the gunmen and the drunk. That`s exactly the kind of casting you need for this kind of movie. Tolkien I read took years working out his characters…Jackson it seems took 5 minutes.
I just started reading the book.
Hmm..Let me finish reading the book.
¡Jesú! Peter Jackson looks GREAT!
