      She bated his ass, and continually they release daily a tape. This means she has been illegally recording him on the phone for months.

      This was not fear for her life. Mell Gibson is a racist for sure and an alcoholic, but who isn't in Los Angeles so who cares, watch his movies or not. But blackmale, set ups, and extortion by way of fake boobs, and open legs it a crime.

      Something about this so-called recordings don't "sound" right. If she was that scared, it would had been noted in her tone, but she sounds cool and collected. He just sound totally drunk and pissed. What he is saying is no worse that what the drunk down the street say to anyone that passed by his house on a Saturday night binge.. I think that what happens in private should be dealt in private. Airing your dirty panties in public is as nasty as using the language he uses.       I don't find her responses to his ranting suspiscious or unusual. These are telephone conversations, he is obviously not in the same room or even the same house at the time the rant is going on so I don't think the fact that she doesn't sound terrified indicates that anything fishy is going on. Also, remaining calm and composed is the best way to handle someone when they are having temper tantrum (which Mel so clearly is in these tapes). He is obviously a very troubled individual and he needs some serious help working through his issues.

      Forensic experts have listened to the tapes and found they were tampered with. They've been edited, words taken out, phrases put together that weren't really said. The story came out today at Hollywoodlife.com I guess Perez didn't get the news.
      Oksana is a really lame-brained criminal if she thought experts wouldn't be listening to the recordings. LOL

Often when a man is abusive verbally and physically, you try to be as calm as possible in how you speak otherwise it just makes them angrier and often more violent, so you stay calm hoping they'll be calm.
