NJ Real Housewife Danielle Sued By Ex In Sex Tape
In case you didn't see the RHONJ episode "Play at Your Own Risk," poor harmless victim Danielle Staub was going around, telling everybody that her ex Stephen Zalewski "secretly taped" them having sex without her consent.
Well, of course being the prostitution whore that she is, Zwaleskis attorney, Nase Naumoski, is saying that Danielle definitely knew about the sex tape - and even filmed parts of it herself!
Zwaleski even goes on to say that he has emails & texts messages that not only show that Danielle knew about the tape, but she was excited about it!!
So now he's suing her for defamation, claiming that people everywhere think he's a big creeper and he wants to set the record straight.
He states:
“I have people come up to me in restaurants telling me I’m going to hell, I’m not a good person. I try to explain to people I didn’t do anything wrong. She would send me video texts of her playing with herself, I have nothing to do with that. Basically I want her to stop lying and ruining people’s lives, she’s really out of her mind, there’s something wrong with her. She plays the victim and says everyone is out to get her, but it’s really the other way around.”
