      all of my girl friends say they've been imagining their wedding day since they were little girls. i never gave a thought to it until my husband and i actually started planning our wedding. so glad to know i'm not the only woman who thinks like this!

      Wow i always felt the same way! I never dreamed about my wedding or future husband as a little girl. And to this day i still don't feel the need to get married or have kids. Im glad that other women feel the same way, cause my friends and family r always pressuring me to get married and it just isn't me. I just can't picture spending the rest of my life with 1 man.

      Re: jabbajaww – I'm the same way. I know women that have been planning their wedding since their early 20's, and still haven't met Mr Right. Why waste tens of thousands on a single day? It's sad. Most of my close friends are like me and either don't want to get married or, if they are married, they didn't have a wedding. I don't have the bride gene, and the idea of a wedding made me physically ill, so I didn't really have one.

      Okay, I'm soon to be 16 and in my last school I went to there was a girl that was planing her wedding to herself with a guy she had been dating for a month.
      She didn't just plan her wedding but where she was going to live, children and other stuff. She was just in love thats all. It's like that with many people. If you find someone you love you often plan a wedding to yourself.
