Adrien Brody Is An Ant-Man???

We're hearing rumors this morning that A-list actor Adrien Brody has been snagged to star in not only the much-anticipated Joss Whedon helmed Avengers flick, but also a solo superhero franchise.
Sources are suggesting that Adrien will step into the suit of Ant-Man, a scientist turned superhero who can change his size from giant to ant at will.
Considering his work with Predators, we imagine Adrien would be game for such a role. Still doesn't mean it is a done deal though.
Marvel? Joss? Anyone care to comment???

He's an excellent actor and that role is that of a pacifist scientist who always wants to make the world a better place. I could see him being that.

But I digress…, Brody's an excellent actor who could easily pull of the part of Hank Pym.
If this man can race around the world in crazy car rallies, he can play this character!
It better still be Nathan Fillion, as rumored.
Actually, if Marvel is casting for the version of Ant-Man that played out in the most recent series. the Irredeemable Ant-Man, then Adrien Brody is perfect for the reluctant, dubious hero
He can play this character with his hands tied behind his back. I hope he's hired. Great casting.
Re: Christopher King – Why can't Marvel stick to the classic origins? They already have Emma Frost cast in X-Men: First Class, as well as Banshee & Havok. No doubt this probably means that Wolverine will be running around in the flick too.

LMAO! an Ant-Man movie? gimme a break, while Ant-Man is a cool character so us comic nerds ppl outside of nerdom will not get on board with this and think the name Ant-Man is stupid, which it kinda is LOL.
also, the character Hank Pym is a wife beating, arrogant asshole of a "superhero" so they will probably fuck up the character and make him all boring and squeaky clean.
ANT MAN is the lamest 'super hero' there is. and that says a lot!
Way to go. from getting an oscar to this.
