Jesse James Gets Physical Custody Of Daughter!
Guess the judge had to pick the lesser of two evils this time around.
The vicious custody battle between douchebag Jesse James and psychopath Janine Lindemulder over their daughter, Sunny, ended this afternoon when the judge ruled that although they would have joint legal custody, Jesse would have the physical custody, and therefore would be allowed to take her with him to Texas to try and manipulate Sandra Bullock back into his life!
Janine, devastated by the ruling, apparently broke down into sobs and screamed that she would move as well!
Oh, great!
Poor Sandra is going to have not only put up with her ex, but now her ex's mentally unstable, pornstar ex?!
So sad for that poor child. Our heart truly breaks for her.

janine may have her demons she needs to face and she may not be perfect, but i think jesse is using this kid as a pawn to get back into sandra's life. if this was about sandra being involved, she could've stayed here in cali, or she could visit when she's in LA (which i'm sure is pretty often), or they could fly the kid out to TX to spend time with her. they have the money, apparently janine doesn't. going to TX isn't the only way to keep sandra involved. and have we heard anything about how she feels about this?

Austin is a decent sized city with lots of money - I'm sure Janine can move down and resume her lucrative career dancing in titty bars and turning tricks, just like she does in California! Plus, it's a college town, so drugs are really EASY to score. On those increasingly rare occasions where she needs to be in LA to shoot a porno or "work" a convention, I noticed Southwest has round-trip fares starting at only $289. One of the benefits of being a professional slut is you can do it just about anywhere.
I don't get it, sure she is a porn star, and a felon for not paying taxes, but does she even get any visitation time with her daughter its not like she molested her or something? I don't know the laws but I always thought that if one parent truly wants to be in a child's life which it seems like Janine does the courts will do everything to make that happen given she gets help and stays clean. But to allow Jesse to just move away like that does not seem to be very beneficial to the little girl. Well I hope Janine starts making porno again since she has no child to take care of.

Janine had no business having a child, but Jesse had no business helping her become a mother. That being said, women like Janine are not above poking holes in condoms in order to secure themselves a child to use as leverage/meal ticket/claim to fame. Jesse may not be a good husband or person but he is definitely the better parent here. Janine has repeatedly made it a point to drag Sandra into this whole fiasco so Jesse really hasn't had to. No wonder Jesse preferred Sandra, Sandra had her own wealth and he didn't have to worry about Sandra being into him for his. Sandra had her own recognition and he didn't need to worry about Sandra using him to secure her own fame or extend her 15 minutes.

What Jesse did was wrong, we all know that, without a doubt. However when it comes to being a Dad to Sunny, he seems to be doing an alright job. He clearly loves his daughter (as does the mom but she needs to get her act together and sober for awhile first)

People fail to remember that Jessie didnt evn have custody of Sunny for the first several years of her life and that Janine actually lost it when Jesse turned Janine in for Tax evation. Is she a felon? Yes. For? Not paying taxes.. When she was put in prison because Jesse could only get custody during this time, that is when Janines life went to shit. When she got out, her little girl was living with Sandra and Jesse and Janine started a huge down hill fall.
