Gosselin Kids Still Permitted To Work!

Despite concerns from State Rep. Thomas Murt last week, Pennsylvania's labor department will still issue work permits for the Gosselin children to film their reality show, Kate Plus 8.
The labor department insists that the children are not being "unlawfully exploited," as the permit ensures their protection from working too many hours and will make sure they receive their money from the show.
Murt is still insisting that Pennylvania labor must seek a ruling from the attorney general.
Kate must be furious at the thought!

WHY WOULD KATE BE FURIOUS? This state representitive is just being a JERK! The law just has to be change to include tv and other forms of entertainment. The hours they can work are spelled out in the Movie work permits. Again, like the other post, this jerk is just trying to make a NAME FOR HIMSELF. There are plenty of kids out there that ARE MISTREATED. There are kids, with this economy, that is getting worse and worse, each day, dispite what the egomaniacs in Washington say, that go to bed hungry, are homeless, need clothes, etc. Why isn't he spending his time more usefully? Like-making people aware of food kitchens, supporting food banks, RAISING SUPPLIES FOR SCHOOL SUPPLIES!!!! help kids find homes in foster homes. Kate, I am sure is not worried, jerks like this, Mario and I am sure, alot of people posting here, love attacking her, jealousy

Anyone who honestly believes those children aren't working is on crack. It's "reality" TV, meaning those kids are absolutely prompted cues and told what to say and how to act on occasion in front of the camera, it is partially scripted. If they lived in another state such as California, they would be protected under specific laws that were put there for a reason. All states should enact child protection labor laws to stop this ridiculous trend of pimping out innocent children to feed their fame and money-hungry parents once and for all.

Kate is still the biggest nag and phony person on the planet. NO ONE likes her after having spent some time with her. I'd still poke here in the bum though (her mouth and beaver are too loose).
Why is Perez still bloggin about these hasbeens? Lets face, and I dont want to sound mean but, these kids are NOT cute anymore. They look like their redic excuse of a dad, Jon. Jon and Kates SOUL intentions from day one was to have all these kids and hopefully get local attention and then national attention. It had NOTHING to do with wanting to "make money for the kids "future" " It was all a secret agenda to try and launch ghetto Kates LMAO "carreer". Rest assured America, Kate wont last another year, with the way society is changing, we are all becoming a bit ADHD in our attention span. We get bored with stars as soon as they reach their 15mn…..look at Jersey Shore….
Whats sad is that these kids have grown up thinking the cameras in their house are NORMAL….

Re: NINEDOULBEOSEXNINE – I agree. These kids are not in any way, shape or form "cute". The older one is horribly behaved but considering her idiot parents is that a suprise? He father dates twenty-something ho's, does not work yet somehow has the money for tattoos, booze, cigs and slutty girls. The mother thinks she is some sort of a "celebrity" with her tanning, hair extensions, plastic surgery stomach pulled up to her blindingly white teeth and lusts after her "bodyguard". Why a nothing nobody like Kate needs a so called "bodyguard" is beyond belief. I'm sure these two dimwit parents will not have a nickle in the bank when it comes time for these kids to go to college, IF any of them manage to get through their teenage years without running away, ODing, going to jail or flunking out of high school.
