Did Oksana's Sister Leak MELtdown's Rants???
Sounds like it might be a possibility.
Oksana Grigorieva's younger sister, Natalie Grigorieva, is under investigation this morning as she may have been the person to leak the the MELtdown audiotapes to the public.
Several sources confirm that authorities are looking into a "wire transfer" between Natalie and the website, RadarOnline.com. Insiders say that Oksana is very close with her sister and it is likely that Natalie not only sold the tapes, but shopped them around fordays to other media outlets before making the sale.
This is bad news for Oksana. If her sister is found guilty of selling the tapes in cahoots with her sister, the judge could find Oksana in contempt of court and face extortion charges.
Not good, bb! Not good! Let's hope she had NOTHING to do with it!

I hate to say it but, who else could it be?!? I believe there is some truth to this story on both sides but, this makes her side look just as bad, if not worse, as Mel-tdown side. I can understand wanting Mel to have supervised visits with Lucia as he gets the help he seems to need but, she was told, the evidence was to be sealed and she or someone she knows….leaked it. Both will pay a price for their wrong doings. What that price will be….will be determined. No matter what, the child DOES need both parents and the courts will probably think so too.

WHO KNOWS who leaked the tapes! Like Judge Marsha said about Lindsay's court case's info leaks - (paraphrasing) she hadn't even left her chambers yet, and the info had been leaked to [the tabloid media]. The employees of the State of California are in fear for their jobs/salaries, I would not doubt the selling of celebrity case stories is a problem.

What Gibson said in the privacy of his own home is his business (terrible things YES, but private). As evidence comes out, Oksana may be the one in jail at the end of the day.

Why am I not surprised?! I was never sold on Oksana's 'innocence' in terms of the release of those tapes. She knew she would look bad if she directly released them herself, so she found the next best thing, which was her equally money-hungry whore of a sister! Oksana couldn't afford not to release those tapes becuase those were the only things she had as leverage over Mel, which she could wave in his face at any time. However since Mel didn't know he was being recorded, it is doubtful whether the tapes are admissable in court or not! I must say that while I don't condone the way he spoke to her on the tapes, I believe that Oksana must have surely provoked him in some major way. I only hope that the truth prevails and that both get the help they need!

No one knows what really happened. But I'm willing to bet that the gold digger Oksana had her sister do the deed, because she stupidly thought that would protect her.
If they were in California (or any of the other 11 states similar), BOTH parties are required to give permission to record phone calls. If they were voicemails, that's diff. But if these calls were recorded, then someone should be charged criminally.
Or, by that same token… Maybe she had HEARD the tapes and/or found them… and took it upon herself to do this…WITHOUT Oksana's knowledge… If they really ARE close sisters, she could've very well gotten copies without Oksana knowing…Afterall, if you're THAT close and TRUST your sister, it would never cross your mind NOT to let her near them/hear them, or suspect that she had copied them, right?! I'm not saying the story is FALSE, but I'm not saying it's TRUE, either… NONE of us were there, so we can only go by what we read…and with the track record the news outlets have, I don't make ANY decisions without cold, hard PROOF!!! Back in the day, I had a Mad Max poster on the back of my bedroom door. I still love those movies.
