Joss Whedon Officially Set To Direct The Avengers!

We'd heard the rumblings, but now it's official! YES!

Joss Whedon announced yesterday at Comic-Con that he's officially signed on to director the film version of Marvel's The Avengers!

Amazing! We think he's perfect for the job!

Now someone make him cast our gurl Sarah Michelle Gellar in it! It's about time these two collaborated again!
